LAPP #1
I was thinking of doing a sperate model (probably a 2011 or 2010) with the front door trim removed, and a slightly different liberty setup along with another 2011 with their newer code3 setup to match a 2014 explorer.

Nice ride, sarge.
While 0taku's pushbar is much more accurate than CEO's it still requires some modifying because it's missing some of the mounting arms.

[ELS] Vapid Ambulance
In all honesty that ambulance has far too many issues between lighting, lods, and the seating issues.

HD's Development Modications
If you were to purchase one it would probably either be too high poly or too low quality it wouldn't work in GTAV. As for paying someone else to make one that would be against community guidelines, so your best bet is to just make a suggestion thread.

Updating setup
Are those bueno's hubcaps? If they are they need to be partially re-uvmapped to get rid of those weird white spots.

[ELS] 2006 Ford CVPI Unmarked minimalistic lighting
The car overall isn't bad, but there are some issues I found. 1. There seems to be a material error with the bodyshell where if there's a skin applied to the vehicle it doesn't show up until the L2. 2. The L0 and L1 are the exact same. You need to make sure the name of the car node in zmod has "_hi" at the end so that the LODs will export properly. 3. There's equipment floating inside the car. What happened to the center console? 4. The antenna on the rear wing is clipping. There should be a stand or a mount so that the ball portion of the antenna isn't clipping into the the car. 5. There's no LODs for the equipment or lights, so they disappear after a short distance. All in all the car needs some work and improving, and all the problems I listed above are easily within your ability to fix, so you should be able to get out an update soon to resolve those problems.

2016 Undercover Ford Fusion
Review time. ok for starters, this is the first car I've ever downloaded that has crashed openiv (due to the insanely huge file sizes) when trying to view the model. 1. There are absolutely zero LODs. The ytf is an exact copy of the hi yft, so the car will either disappear from about 20 ft away or if you use the meta "fix" it'll cause major performance loss and/or game crashes. 2. The hi ytd is an exact copy of the ytd which is unnecessary because the hi ytd is for high quality textures that are only applied to the hi yft, and lesser quality versions of that texture are placed in the ytd for use on the rest of the LODs (if there were any). 3. the ytd is over 11mb. not every texture needs to be 1k+ pixels. Using textures that large will cause major performance loss and/or game crashes. 4. the car is over 390k polys. 390k polys is absurdly big. The average default car is 50-60k polys. 5. Major scaling issues and clipping issues. The mirror lights are huge and clip into the amber part of the mirror. The dominator in the rear windscreen is scaled horribly. No dominator has modules that narrow etc. Overall the car is poorly made, and I really don't see any similarities between this car and the sirennet car besides the inner-edges.
