Sorry I don't follow. What are you asking? If you want to know if it has a partition all I can definitely say is that some do some don't but there is a partition behind the back seat so people don't climb back into the trunk. Also btw I remember that people here said that smpv (what I used to call CVE) explorers are pretty rare, my station (the one I took the pics at) have at least 2 and probably more because a few where most likely out on duty.

Check the materials and put the emissive texture above the glass texture and see if that fixes it.

Yeah I'm pretty sure there isn't. The CA exempt plates don't have registrations (because who has time for that). The only thing I can think of is the city numbers under the city seal might tell (but all city vehicles have those numbers and the last 3 numbers are the unit numbers).

It really depends on the station (pretty much all stations above 21 with a few exceptions are traffic divisions you can tell by the 2 digit number on the roof or on a cvpi trunk), but back to the point I really don't think there's a pattern to which cars have mirror lights or not, because if you haven't already noticed LAPD is very random.
