I have a wireless xbox360 controller as well an i'm doing everything default. Don't use xpadder with GTAV as it's barely needed. GTAV + LSPDFR + most mods have controller support so no need to change anything imo. (and yes, some controls are overlapping, but they either get fixed or you learn to deal with the overlapping.)

No, there are no fixes, it's just the way the unstable crappy engine handles mods. Running only LCPDFR + ELS + custom vehicles might get you a crash free game, but no one will guarantee you that, especially if you add more mods.

Really? You downloaded a police mod. If you want to play military, Arma3 is 3 clicks the other way. But agreed for the rest, i like to play undercover in gang areas alot more then being a traffic officer, but right now it's not doable. I just like to think this will be fixed soon, either by G17 itself or a modder will definitely take care of it. Don't know about the keep-calm plugin, since i think that's only for the 'frightend' ped that keeps running away from battle and not the hardcore gangbangers that all carry guns and will in no way run away from combat.

You started the game with the ragehook? LSPDFR causes this, which is automatically on if launching through the ragehook. If you want to play storyline singleplayer, i think that if you start the game with the GTA launcher you wouldn't have that problem, since it doesn't load in LSPDFR plugin at the start of the game.

Name is never important when you're downloading unknown files. It's the download location that matters. And a lot of websites that let users upload custom files also double-check for malware, don't know if LSPDFR does it (i know they used too check all the files but i think they removed it) but GTA5-mods checks all their files now before greenlighting it.

Just because you don't like it, doesn't mean 'Crapstar' broke it. Not all people want realism in their GTA (in fact, most people don't (lspdfr excluded ofcourse, we all want realism here)) and one of the biggest complaint 'Crapstar' received after GTAIV was released was the handling of the vehicles. So it's just a question of taste. They delivered what most users wanted, and now modders can take care of your special needs. And also let me repeat, again, that just because you don't like the way it was implemented does NOT mean it's broken.

But the orange lights on the pictures you are showing are in-between the 2 blue parts, not underneath the blue lightbar. Or i am seeing it completely wrong, but the white part under the lightbar is not a lightbar itself, it's just the support for the lightbar. And the KMAR lightbar in the second video is that exact same lightbar, the orange lights can be turned on but it will be between the blue lights, instead of underneath it. Still, would be better to have picture/video of it when the lightbar is on, so we know what you are talking about.

Lightbar was made for several dutch clans a year ago or more. They are still floating around, but you can ask the people from the video's where they got it from

Not a modder myself, but definitely a donator. So i'm going for 3 first, 1 second and no nr.2 since i think a lot of people will misread anyway and think that all mods would be payable.

Are you using 0.1d or 0.1e? PR only works on 0.1e. And did you try reloading the plugin manualy?

Prisoner transport already exists, even though it's a workaround. But just call a code2/3 backup unit and you will be able to place the prisoner in the back, when you get a certain distance from that police unit, the prisoner will disappear from your radar.

I used the Limo and the driving was decent, seeing as it just had to obey the rules of the road as any other AI. But AI emergency vehicles is not something i want to witness as a passenger. Never heard of the K.I.T.T mod, that one sounds a bit more exciting. Might give it a go sometime.
