PNWParksFan got a reaction from Cj24 for a file, Police TapeIt's Los Santos... people get shot, people get run over, things catch fire... and it's usually all your fault. Eventually, you need to do something to keep nosy bystanders out of your business. Ever wished you could quickly close off a freeway so no cars can get by? Ever wanted to block off the scene of a dead body so that curious pedestrians couldn't tell who exactly shot them? Perhaps you just want to peacefully do some construction work, but oblivious drivers keep driving into your work zone. Or maybe you're fighting a fire, and need to stop rubberneckers from wandering into harm's way.
No matter what you do in Los Santos, Police Tape is here to keep everyone else out of your way.
Featuring dynamic tape with cloth physics that blows in the wind
Aim-and-click tape and barrier placement lets you attach tape to any surface
Built-in advanced traffic control stops even the stupidest San Andreas drivers
Ped path blocking prevents most ambient peds from crossing police lines, while allowing backup, medics, coroners, and suspects to keep going
Full API lets plugin and callout creators add tape to their own scenes
Tape import/export system lets you save your tape and include saved tape scenes in callouts
Tape management menu to delete individual strands of tape and manage traffic control
Customize your tape texture to get different text or patterns
LML support to install scripts and police tape model files, DLC option if you prefer
Join the Parks Benefactor Program to join my exclusive Discord server and get early access to mod updates and new mods like this one! Special thanks to all the members of the Parks Benefactor Program who helped make the development of this mod possible! And a huge shoutout to the Old Faithful level donors who have gone above and beyond to support my modding: Pathfinder_Ryder, elvismowery6, LeoTheSkunk, EmergeNYC, dylan_hall, heal_thy_bravowolf_wgal22, jcerb, mitch2966.
KNOWN ISSUE: The tape sometimes droops through the ground, especially when there is not much wind or with longer pieces of tape. User more barriers and shorter pieces of tape to help reduce this effect. This is due to the limitations of what cloth physics can do in zmodeler/GTA V. Version 2.0 adds static tape models which do not sag as an option. You can choose for each strand whether to use static or dynamic tape.
KNOWN ISSUE: If you are having issues with changing the keybindings in the INI not taking effect in the game, add a single blank line at the top of your INI file.
KNOWN ISSUE: You may need to install a modified gameconfig.xml, depending on your version of GTA V. If you already have a modified gameconfig.xml to support add-on vehicles, you should be OK. If you haven't before and your game crashes on startup after installing Police Tape, you need to install a custom gameconfig. You can use the following LML package to install a compatible Gameconfig file:

PNWParksFan got a reaction from Skydrohz for a file, Custom BackupNOTICE: Custom Backup will not be updated for LSPDFR 0.4. The main features, including region customization and weapon selection, have been added to the built-in LSPDFR backup customization files.
Custom backup gives you a new level of control in LSPDFR. The key feature of this mod is regionally customized backup, allowing you to set a different response for any area on the map. For any named area of the game (like "Rockford Hills", "Los Santos International Airport", "Sandy Shores", etc.) you can completely customize every level of response just like the built-in backup.xml. The syntax of the CustomBackup.xml file is very similar to the built-in backup.xml, but has numerous additions to increase your control over the game:
Set a chance for anything! Peds, vehicles, and vehiclesets now all take a chance attribute which controls how likely they are to be chosen. (The built-in backup.xml only lets you set a chance on peds.) Configure vehicle extras, liveries, and colors! You can now set any color you want for any response vehicle, opening up a whole new level of customization for unmarked units. Vehicle extra configuration also works reliably, whereas it seems to have some issues in the built-in backup.xml. Cop weapon selection! Set a list of weapons to give your backup units, set the probability for each weapon, and decide whether you want them to pick one at random or always get the most powerful one. Set spawn distance range for each vehicle entry! Every vehicle entry can have a minimum and maximum spawn distance set. This allows for additional realism by making certain units spawn closer or further away. NOOSE SWAT probably isn't just hanging out around the corner, so make them drive in from a mile away. On top of Mt. Chiliad your backup will probably be coming from a long distance, but in Downtown there's probably local patrol units very near by. Your imagination is the limit for leveraging these settings. Code 2 response with lights! Let's be honest, how often do cops really respond "code 2" with no lights? You can now configure your Code 2 units to respond with lights (but no siren), or to respond with their lights off but turn them on once they arrive and park on scene. YouTube video demo. Integration with Better EMS: Download and install Better EMS, and you can call for an advanced EMS response through the Custom Backup menu. Integration with Police Smart Radio: Call for backup from your radio! Call Code 2 or Code 3 local backup, or Pursuit and Air Support units.
Installation instructions are included in the download. Basic installation is pretty easy; just make sure to choose a CustomBackup.xml file to use and put it in place. Advanced usage of the CustomBackup.xml file is explained in great detail in the documentation PDF.
INSTRUCTIONS TO OVERRIDE DEFAULT LSPDFR BACKUP MENU:
To completely disable the built-in LSPDFR backup menu and use the custom menu instead, follow these instructions.
Edit CustomBackupLocations.ini. Set these settings: CustomBackupMenuKey=B CustomBackupModifier=None OverrideLSPDFRBackup=false Go to the GTA V settings menu Under Keybindings, go to GTA Online section Change "Look At" from B to something you don't use, like the numpad period Thank you to @vladimir850 for figuring this out!
PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR SUPPORT IF YOU HAVE NOT READ THE DOCUMENTATION PDF! THERE ARE EXPLICIT INSTRUCTIONS IN THE PDF ON WHAT TO DO IF YOU ARE HAVING TROUBLE!

PNWParksFan got a reaction from jjdaonly for a file, Coastal Callouts UK AddonThis is an ADD-ON pack for Coastal Callouts, which converts the vehicles, peds, buildings, and configuration files to a British theme. All vehicles in the default Coastal Callouts package have been updated with British textures or replaced with new models.
Big thanks to @swimmingdude2014, @Markey, @KieranMerrilees, @Lewispryor1, and @Adam Fenton for working on the textures for this pack. Thanks to @BritishGamer88 for providing the HMCG truck model. And shoutout to @SkylineGTRFreak for all his contributions to the base Coastal Callouts pack.
You MUST have Coastal Callouts (package & plugin) installed and working BEFORE you try to install this addon.
You can install the UK addon using the Lenny's Mod Loader UI, and everything will be automatically set up. No additional installation steps required: just hit "Download with Mod Manager". You can also manually install the copy (LML Mod Loader is still required) by downloading the package, and copying it into your LML folder in your main GTA folder.
Need help? Please post in the Coastal Callouts support thread on the forums. Support will not be provided in the comments of the file download or via PMs.

PNWParksFan got a reaction from jjdaonly for a file, Coastal CalloutsWelcome to Coastal Callouts!
Welcome to Coastal Callouts, the biggest LSPDFR mod ever created. More than just a callout pack, this mod features a massive DLC with new boats, helicopters, planes, buildings, peds, maps, and other game changes; includes new features like a throwable life preserver ring, working helicopter hoist, and cargo planes which can transport and air-drop equipment; over a dozen new callouts with nearly infinite possible variations; an AI copilot to fly your helicopter while you jump out the door into raging seas; and much much more. After nearly 3 years of development, the mod is finally available to everyone to play.
REQUIREMENTS:
The DLC/LML Package is required to use Coastal Callouts. Install Lenny's Mod Loader first, then you can download and install the Coastal Callouts LML Package using the Mod Manager. You will need to have LSPDFR 0.4.8+ installed and working A functional gameconfig.xml for your current game version is required. You can download a gameconfig using LML, or find one on gta5-mods.com for the latest game version There are multiple downloads on this page. You must install both the "LML Package" and the "Plugin" download to use the mod. The plugin download must be installed manually; follow the instructions in the included readme.txt file. I strongly recommend that you make sure your GTA V installation works stably with RagePluginHook, Lenny's Mod Loader, and a modified gameconfig.xml before you attempt installing any part of Coastal Callouts.
SUPPORT:
If you need help installing Coastal Callouts, or if you encounter any errors while using the mod, please post in the Coastal Callouts Support Thread:
Do not post support requests in the comments or reviews of the main download link. The support thread is the only location where I will respond to support requests. I will not respond to support requests sent via private message on the forums or on Discord.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
AAAAHHHHHHH????
You're welcome Do I have to pay to use this mod?
No. The publicly released version of Coastal Callouts is available for FREE to all users. There may be future updated versions which will be available to members of the Parks Benefactor Program as early access betas, but all updates will eventually be released for free to everyone. Can I record YouTube videos or stream myself playing this mod?
Yes. You may record or stream any released version of the mod. You must include a link to this download page in the video description of any video focused on Coastal Callouts. If you only use a feature once incidentally during a video you may include the download link in a mods list hosted elsewhere if the mods list is linked directly in the video description. If you do use this mod in videos and enjoy it, I would encourage you to join the Parks Benefactor Program. You will get in-game recognition for being a member. Does it work on FiveM?
The scripts do not work on FiveM, but most of the models do work on FiveM. There is a FiveM resource pack provided on this download page with the vehicles, buildings/map edits, and peds. A FiveM version of the helicopter hoist function is available from a developer I collaborated with, and implements the same general functionality, including the hoist hook, control interface, and hoist cam, and supports grabbed peds, rescue basket, and stokes litter on the hoist. See trailer video below. Other features may eventually be ported to FiveM as well; however, the original full-featured LSPDFR plugin only works with single player. Do I have to run LSPDFR to run Coastal?
Yes How do I install it?
Download both the LML Package and the Plugins download. Follow the README.txt file instructions to install the mod. The readme is the same in both downloads. Do you have a Discord server?
Yes. Members of the Parks Benefactor Program can join my Discord server, where you can watch development of future updates and new mods I am working on, chat with other community members, share community-generated content, discuss and vote on future mod features, and receive more direct support. I do not have a Discord server open to the general public. Will there be versions for other countries?
Yes! Several international packs have been released, and are linked below. You can use the Coastal Callouts Modding Guide to download the full vehicle templates and other customization information for those who may want to develop their own packs. Please PM me if you are an experienced texture designer and want to create an official international pack for your own country or region. What are the keybindings?
They are all defined in the Coastal Callouts INI file. The main keybinding is ] (right square bracket) to open the Coastal menu. Do I have to use LML to install it?
Yes. The mod is too complex to realistically support a "manual install" method. We did this during the beta, and it was way too much work to help everyone get it installed manually. You must install the "Mod Loader" components of LML to use Coastal Callouts. Using the Mod Manager/Mod Downloader interface is optional. If you don't want to use the mod manager to download the package, you can download the LML Package manually, and then copy the contents into the "LML" folder in your main GTA V folder. The Paleto station doesn't spawn when I'm not on duty or when I use the FiveM pack
The Paleto station was built using outdated techniques before newer methods for modding buildings were developed. Therefore it is not compatible with FiveM and can only be loaded by the script in singleplayer. I am planning to rebuild it in the future. The fireboat doesn't shoot water on FiveM
The water cannons have been disabled on the FiveM version, because they cause the game to crash when fired. I am not aware of anything I can do to change the model to fix this, but if you figure out any workaround please let me know.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS:
A huge THANK YOU to everyone who has supported the development of this mod! It would not have been possible without you. The full credits are included in the CREDITS.txt file in each download. A few people deserve a special extra thank-you here:
@SkylineGTRFreak - without him, this mod would not have been possible. The true legend of GTA V vehicle modding, Skyline worked very hard to create most of the vehicle models included with this mod. Check out his profile to download his many other excellent mods. @alexguirre - much of the initial inspiration for Coastal Callouts came from Alex's Wilderness Callouts. He also created RageNativeUI - a critical piece of the mod - and contributed some code used directly in Coastal, and answered many of my coding and reverse engineering questions over the years. I highly recommend using Alex's Spotlight mod with Coastal, and check out his other plugins too. @LMS - we all owe LMS for developing LSPDFR itself. He deserves an extra special thank you for implementing many of my API suggestions into LSPDFR 0.4, which greatly enhanced many of the features of this mod. He was also very open to my recommendations and requests in the development of LML, which is instrumental in loading all the complex parts of this mod. Thank you LMS for making this possible! Thanks as well to @Sam and the rest of the lcpdfr.com team for their contributions to LSPDFR. @Albo1125, @Darkmyre, @Stealth22, @khorio, @Fiskey111, and all the other LSPDFR plugin developers who helped inspire me, encourage me, and support me through the development process. @acepilot2k7 for creating many videos showcasing the beta throughout the development process. @LeGeorgettier for creating the beautiful trailer, seen above. Every member of the Parks Benefactor Program, for encouraging me to continue development and push the mod to new heights. PNWParksFan got a reaction from stinkyfeetxmas for a file, Gameconfig.xml for LML or manual install by RDE TeamThis is the latest gameconfig.xml by @dilapidated, @PNWParksFan, and the RDE Team. A modified gameconfig is required for most add-on mods. We recommend installing this gameconfig using LML (Lenny's Mod Loader). If you are using LML, you can install this package using the Mod Manager, and it will load a working gameconfig.xml for the latest game version. You do not need to change the file in update.rpf, just load this package and you're ready to go.
You can also install this gameconfig manually by downloading the file, and copying gameconfig.xml from the "latest" folder to [mods]\update\update.rpf\common\data\.
Please see our github repository for further information and faster updates after new game versions are released.

PNWParksFan got a reaction from Tetrimen for a file, Better EMSBetter EMS brings a whole new level of medical response to LSPDFR. And given how often you crazy officers run people over, shoot them down, beat them up, and otherwise put their lives in danger... it's about time the medics in Los Santos picked up their game.
Packed with features to give your casualties their best chance of survival, Better EMS has several key benefits:
Integration with popular mods including Arrest Manager, Patrol Toolkit, LSPDFR+, Police Smart Radio, PeterU Callouts, and more! Realistic response units: A fire truck will dispatch from the nearest fire station, and an ambulance will dispatch from the nearest hospital. Customize your backup units and spawn points. Life guards respond near the beach, park rangers respond in the mountains. Use any vehicle as a response unit. Dynamic dispatch audio based on the injuries detected. Revival probability is dynamically adjusted based on injury type, body part hurt, and how long it took for EMS to arrive. Custom revival probabilities - edit the survival chances for any combination of injury and body part! Revived patients are taken to the ambulance and driven to the hospital, not just left to wander off! If more people get hurt while EMS is on scene, they will quickly tend to the new casualties. Detailed incident report tells you the name and status of each patient. Developer API allows plugin creators to call for EMS, or for an ambulance to transport a single ped.
Full instructions are included in the README file; please read it carefully!
This mod requires LSPDFR 0.4.6 or later. There are no other external dependencies besides LSPDFR and the files included with the download.
If you have crashes, bug reports, etc, please post in the forum thread and upload a copy of your RagePluginHook.log, your EMSUnits.xml file, and your INI file. No support can be provided for problems reported in reviews, or not providing the required files listed above.
A big thank you to everybody who helped with the development of this mod!

PNWParksFan got a reaction from Koviszisz for a file, Better EMSBetter EMS brings a whole new level of medical response to LSPDFR.

PNWParksFan got a reaction from Michael21107 for a file, LiveLights - siren setting live editorThis is a RagePluginHook plugin for single-player GTA V. It enables users to view and modify all siren setting parameters live in game and import/export carcols.meta files.
You must have RagePluginHook version 98 or later. You can download RPH bundled with LSPDFR or from the RPH Discord server.
This plugin is primarily intended as a tool for vehicle developers to create and modify siren settings. Users are welcome to use it to look around and try out making their own custom sequences, but it is not intended as a general-use siren controller.
If you use this mod to make something cool, please mention this mod in your readme or credits file, and link to this page. Feel free to send me a link to your mod when it's released so I can see what you created using this plugin! If you found this plugin particularly useful, you can donate to me to support my development projects and get member-exclusive benefits.
Quick feature overview and user guide:
Configure carcols.meta and carvariations.meta for your vehicle(s) and load your initial carcols settings Launch the game with LiveLights installed Open the RPH console and type `LoadPlugin LiveLights.dll` to load the plugin if it isn't set to load automatically Spawn a vehicle you want to work on Open the LiveLights menu (`-` key on the main keyboard by default) The menu will show the default siren setting name for the current vehicle. You can switch to a different siren setting from the menu if you want. Any siren setting defined in any carcols.ymt/carcols.meta file is not editable in game. You can only edit cloned copies which are created temporarily in memory. Clicking into the Edit Siren Settings menu will automatically create an editable clone of the currently selected siren setting. Once an editable clone has been created, any changes you make to it will only apply to that cloned setting; they will not affect the original version. You can set any individual vehicle to use the cloned copy by selecting it through the menu, but any newly spawned vehicle will use its default, unedited siren setting when spawned. Any changes you make in the Edit Siren Settings menu will immediately be applied to all spawned vehicles which have been set to use that clonsed siren setting. Within the main menu you can change all settings which apply to the overall siren setting entry (e.g. BPM, falloff settings, etc.) There are submenus to edit settings for each individual siren (1-20). The siren submenus siren-specific settings, and have further submenus for corona, flashiness, and rotation settings. There are separate submenus for headlight and taillight settings. There is a sequence quick-edit menu which allows you to change the flashiness sequence for all sirens, plus headlights and taillights, from a single menu without having to switch between siren submenus. You can use the Copy menu to copy settings between sirens within one settings instance, or to copy between different settings instances. Select dynamically whether to copy everything or only certain properties. When you are finished configuring your siren setting and are satisfied with the results, you can click the Export item on the Edit Siren Settings menu to export that individual setting, or you can use the Export menu from the main menu to select multiple settings to export to a single file. You will be prompted for a file location. If you just enter a filename, the setting entry currently being edited will be saved to GTA V\Plugins\LiveLights\carcols\<selected_filename>. If you enter a path relative to the GTA root folder, your file will be saved to that path, e.g. LML\police-pack\data\new-carcols.meta. You can also enter an absolute path and the file will be saved to that exact location even if it is not within the GTA V folder, e.g. C:\GTA V\mods\police\carcols-2.meta. You can set the siren ID on each edited siren setting as you make changes. This only affects the siren ID that will be exported; it does not do anything in-game, and nothing prevents you from exporting multiple settings with the same ID (which you should probably avoid). If you do not specify a siren ID it will be exported as 0 by default. You will need to edit the siren ID to the value you wish to use in your carcols.meta/carvariations.meta. See info below regarding important notes on siren setting ID limitations. The exported file will be a fully valid carcols.meta file and can be used directly in a DLC, LML package, or FiveM resource. All changes will be lost when you exit the game. Make sure to export any savings you want to keep, and add those exported savings to a carcols.meta file which will get loaded by the game.
Siren Setting ID limit:
GTA V has a hard-coded limit of 255 siren setting IDs in the game. Siren setting IDs over 255 can be entered in carcols.meta, but will overflow and be converted to a number between 0-255, which may conflict with other mods.
SirenSetting Limit Adjuster:
It is strongly recommended to install the SirenSetting Limit Adjuster (SSLA). This raises the siren setting ID limit to 65535, and increases the per-vehicle siren
limit from 20 sirens to 32 sirens. LiveLights automatically detects if SSLA is installed and how many sirens are supported by your game. If SSLA is installed, you can choose to export carcols.meta files with only 20 sirens, or up to 32 sirens. Select this in the export menu.
Acknowledgements:
Thank you to @LMS and @MulleDK19 for adding support for siren editing to the RPH SDK.
Thanks to @alexguirre for related research, and for developing RageNativeUI
Thanks to @cp702 for developing the SirenSetting Limit Adjuster

PNWParksFan got a reaction from Fedeik423 for a file, Coastal CalloutsWelcome to Coastal Callouts!

PNWParksFan got a reaction from Michael21107 for a file, Gameconfig.xml for LML or manual install by RDE TeamThis is the latest gameconfig.xml by @dilapidated, @PNWParksFan, and the RDE Team.

PNWParksFan got a reaction from Floppy P3nguin for a file, Custom BackupNOTICE: Custom Backup will not be updated for LSPDFR 0.4.
Requirements:

PNWParksFan got a reaction from Taylor10 for a file, Police TapeIt's Los Santos... people get shot, people get run over, things catch fire... and it's usually all your fault.

PNWParksFan got a reaction from Steve2000 for a file, Gameconfig.xml for LML or manual install by RDE TeamThis is the latest gameconfig.xml by @dilapidated, @PNWParksFan, and the RDE Team.

PNWParksFan got a reaction from WildManDan for a file, Clean ALL The Things! Blip cleanup, delete or dismiss vehicles and peds, vehicle repairLSPDFR crashes in the middle of a pursuit. We've all been there. Maybe it's while developing a new callout, maybe it's a slightly unstable plugin you like to use, maybe LSPDFR just crashes on your computer sometimes. Now your map is littered with flashing red and blue blips and the suspect is still showing up red even though you arrested them. You reload LSPDFR, but the messy map remains. Abandoned police cars block the road. Do you waste a bunch of time restarting GTA, or do you just move some cars to the side of the road and deal with it?
Well, now there's a better solution! The CleanAllTheThings Plugin has several different modes to help you clean up the game world - whether there was a crash, some cops just randomly abandoned their vehicles, or just because you feel like it.
CleanUpLSPDFRCrash removeEmptyPoliceVehicles
Combines most commonly used commands when cleaning up from an LSPDFR crash during a pursuit. Calls the following commands, described below:
RemoveAllBlips DismissPeds DismissVehicles (policeOnly=true, occupiedOnly=false) DeletePeds (deadOnly=true) DeleteVehicles (policeOnly=true, unoccupiedOnly=true) IF removeEmptyPoliceVehicles is true FixAllVehicles policeOnly, occupiedOnly
Repairs and cleans all vehicles in the game. If policeOnly is true, only fixes police vehicles. If occupiedOnly is true, only fixes occupied vehicles.
This command is useful if you're in a pursuit and a police vehicle is unrealistically damaged due to smashing into things thanks to the hyper-active pursuit AI.
RemoveAllBlips
Removes all blips from the map, including red/blue flashing blips for pursuits. Note that this command does NOT delete the underlying object, it just removes the blip from your map! That means if you call this command while a pursuit is active, the pursuit will continue - you just won't be able to see where the suspect is. You would have to use a Dismiss or Delete command to actually remove the underlying objects.
RemoveBlipsFromVehicles policeOnly, occupiedOnly
Turns off the blips for all vehicles loaded in game. Specify true or false for policeOnly and occupiedOnly to only remove blips from police vehicles, and/or only remove blips from occupied vehicles.
DismissVehicles policeOnly, occupiedOnly
Dismisses vehicles, clearing any tasks assigned to them and allowing the game to unload the vehicle if you leave the area they are in. Specify true or false for policeOnly and occupiedOnly to only dismiss police vehicles or occupied vehicles.
DeleteVehicles policeOnly, occupiedOnly, unoccupiedOnly
Deletes vehicles, and any peds inside those vehicles, anywhere in the game world. Specify true or false for policeOnly, occupiedOnly, and/or unoccupiedOnly.
policeOnly = only deletes police vehicles occupiedOnly = only deletes vehicles with peds in them unoccupiedOnly = only deletes vehicles without peds in them If you specify both occupiedOnly and unoccupiedOnly to be both true or both false, then it will delete all vehicles.
DeletePeds deadOnly
Deletes all peds in the game. Specify true or false for deadOnly to only delete dead peds, or to delete all peds. Note that in some cases, a ped may appear to be dead, but
is actually alive and set to appear unconscious by a plugin. If deadOnly is set to true, these peds will not be removed.
DismissPeds
Dismisses all peds, terminating any tasks and allowing the game to despawn them if you leave their area. Any peds stuck in place due to a callout should start walking or driving away, including any arrested peds.

Hope you find this plugin useful! Please leave a comment and let me know if you encounter any problems, and if the plugin helps you out consider leaving a review.
Plugin tested on RPH 0.34 with LSPDFR 0.3.

PNWParksFan got a reaction from Fryers for a file, Coastal CalloutsWelcome to Coastal Callouts!

DISCUSSION AND MEDIA:
Feel free to discuss anything that isn't support-related on the Coastal Callouts forum thread. Feel free to post questions about how to do what you want to do with the mod, share customizations and user-generated content, post videos and screenshots you've taken with the mod, or chat about what future features you might like to see added.

PNWParksFan got a reaction from Chucken for a file, Police TapeIt's Los Santos... people get shot, people get run over, things catch fire... and it's usually all your fault.
