Can somebody PLEASE make a button/feature/function/whatevauwannacallit that where I can spawn a different vehicle while on duty or use a different uniform without having simple native trainer? Ive tried SNT and we never agreed on the same things so i removed it. I couldn't even flip the lights on on my cruiser for els because snt wanted to spawn a new vehicle instead and i just didnt want to do that

If you do implement the parking ticket feature, provide a reaction. "for every action, there's a reaction" its science. Either have an enraged subject come out of a building or something. Because otherwise it would be a waste of time for parking tickets because when you leave, its still gonna cause crashes because the vehicle didnt move

I do agree with all of this, but have yall ever stop to think, that when the paramedics do arive, its not until 3-4 minutes later, and then it takes them 2 or more minutes just to get to the victim? Seriously because the paramedics on the game are slow. so even if they did have their defibrillators or watever the **** you call them, the victim would already be dead

Ok uninstall all your mods and make sure its updated to 1.0.7 if not do that. Then re install lcpdfr FIRST directly from the site, but make sure you check everything on the install screen except for both of the asi loaders just choose one. Then load gta iv as admin and see if it works. If it does, then you try to add your other mods but dont use any other scripthook, c++ or asi loader from any other mod. keep lcpdfr version

post the diag that helps alot u didnt really give any symptoms so no one will be able to tell you whats wrong if all we know is that it wont start

yea u gone have some major lag, but make sure you update ALL of your drivers that was my problem. I only get lag every now and then while im playin now

not everybody knows how to shoot a gun. some of these people that think they are a "gangsta" cuz they carry a glock dont even know how to shoot(aim) so an officer would apparently end up either injuring, killing, and/or arresting that person

yea but then someone has to create a plate database, and then randomize which tags are goin to be stolen and all dat good sh*t

You are probably missing a file. you need to run the diagnostic tool so we can see what the hell is goin on

This means that you either have 2 asi loaders or more installed in your gta iv or you dont have one at all. You need to either delete one or add one. I would recommend using the xlive asi loader because it already has game complete. you can also find a loading screen mod to skip past the loading screens later

did u update gta iv to 1.0.7.0 patch yet? if not remove EVERYTHING (uninstall gta iv) and re install then update to 1.0.7.0 patch. Then add mod. or you can just delete all your mods then update then put mods back in

I seen somewhere on this site in a demo vid of 0.90E that you can perform em. CPR (as a cop) is that still available in .91?

yea but re-install the game first and then update and then re install lcpdfr. or if u know how, you can extract all your mods and then update and add them back in

Someone posted somethin similar to this, but when i pull a car over with more than one person, and i call for backup, I dont just want 3 units responding with lights and sirens and come run me, my car, and the suspect over, and then leave. I actually want them to come and assist me just like a police officer would. Also, I would like to see that "every-so-often" when i pull a random vehicle over or something, that its somebody that has a warrant or is wanted or something. Some surrender, some kill you, some drive off, and some just shoot,miss and die. JUST like real life
