The easiest thing to do in your situation is to put every mod that doesnt have nothin to do with lcpdfr in a different folder that you know the location for future reference, and uninstall, then re-install GTA IV. Then, go here and download the patch again. When done, re-install lcpdfr, with .net framework and all that good stuff. Then, run the game as admin. After all is said and done, bada boom bada bing its a workin. If you just so happen to somehow have problems after that, then post the log again and describe what it is now doing

If this doesnt work I can pm you some instructions that may make life 5x easier for you and everybody else thats tryin to help you

I also messed up. I made backups of the wrong file when I was tryin to add a new uniform. I need the componentpeds img file. And also, Ive tried to add two different uniforms and both of them ended up lookin ugly as hell and nothin like they do in the image. What do I need to do to replace them correctly?

yea my graphics card isnt too bad it just lags more than I really want it to. what processor would yall recommend? Ive been wonderin should I get a new card and processor with it

What type of graphics card should I get? Is there any particular brand or model that I can and cannot get to run GTA IV at medium-high settings? Ive read some blogs about people getting new, expensive graphics cards for systems comparable to mine, and GTA IV starts to lag even when it didnt used to. I dont want to get the wrong card and I dont want to buy a card for no more than $200 because thats just rediculous. And also would I need to get anything else also for my system to be updated correctly or whatever? OK this problem has been goin on every since Ive had lcpdfr v0.91. When I call for NOOSE backup, the only thing that comes is the police patriot. Not the Noose Cruiser, No Enforcer or nothin. Just the Police Patriot. And when they do come, even if I have a set route for everybody to go to, they drive to my direction and get out of the truck during a pursuit and never get back in to join the pursuit. They either walk off, or stand there. Until recently, they also have done this during regular calls.
