I looked over the meta file and it doesn't appear to have anything wrong with it. Does this do this with every vehicle? I know on occasion that if you are tagging vehicles for pullover and they try and run without you 'reporting it' it will usually take awhile to pull over another vehicle. This has happened to me on several occasions and I had no idea they were speeding off as I was not intending on pulling them over to begin with. Try going off duty first, back on duty and immediately try and pull someone over and report back.

Should not have anything to do with Script Hook as the game would not launch properly. Could be that something is being blocked by your AV or Firewall though. You could try white listing the main game directory for GTA 5 and see if that helps. To learn how to do that, just search on Google how to whitelist exe files.

Well I think the message reads what is wrong. Your game is not updated.

Well the mods you listed there do not require ScriptHookDotNet - might be another script perhaps that you could be running. Also the update dropped on Tuesday, could be that as well 😉

Not sure if that is possible if you are referring to an Ultimate Backup Partner. They will always have a taser for sure. I have been able to achieve a partner with no weapon except a taser by making them an unarmed body guard first with Simple Trainer, dismissing them and then recruit nearest ped as partner. But they always have a taser still. Might have to experiment a bit to see if you can come up with something and will look to see if anyone else responds as I am curious as well.

What type of package OIV are you trying to install? Doesn't sound like it is an OIV file though

Incorrect, works perfectly fine. You can still play the game as normal. Been doing it for several months now.

I know this is an old thread, but yes the problem still exists today. Even crashes without scripts installed. Bummer, will have to wait for a fix.

Personally I would not bother with Interaction+ as someone stated above that it requires Traffic Policer (severely outdated) yep I am aware that there may be a patched version. But in my opinion if you are new to LSPDFR, it is not worth finding work arounds for outdated mods. Stick with Stop The Ped as it does most of which you are probably looking for.

Do you have a mods folder? If so rename it to mods-copy for example. If that works, then there is something corrupt within the mods folder. If you have ScriptHookVDotNet installed (not to be confused with Script Hook V) remove it as it can cause crashing lately.

Looks like your game version is not currently updated. If you have a mods folder, rename it to something like mods-copy See if it works now. If it does, then chances are the update folder within the mods folder is being read by GTA 5 as your version which is out of date. I usually just open my OpenIV and it prompts to update your update folder within the mods folder if that makes sense.

Ok, I was just checking to make sure you had at least a good save point. Sounds like it might be a permissions thing on your GTA 5 + RPH itself. You can right click on GTAV folder (since you have Epic) and go to properties and I think it is Security and add permissions for your user. Also consider adding the same to the lspdfr folder inside your GTAV folder as well. Also consider whitelisting the GTAV folder with your AV and Firewall to make sure, but it looks like you are getting fairly far into the load screen having LSDPFR crash on you. Last but not least, make sure that your RageNativeUI is updated (most plugins have outdated ones these days) if you have other plugins installed.

Where do you have your current save location in game, meaning where does your character start off in Story Mode?
