  1. I uninstalled the whole game and started over from scratch, and ran the latest lspdfr installer, and I can already tell it's not going to work, because it did not install RPH (even though it says it installed successfully) Edit: upon checking again, the lspdfr folder isn't even there either..............
  2. Alright but am I supposed to be stuck in the cellphone or getting a wanted level while on duty? I don't think LSPDFR is working correctly if I have to tab out of the game to start RPH, get stuck in a loading screen when selecting a vehicle, and get a wanted level.
  3. Alright, I did that, and I was stuck with the phone open, unable to close it or do anything, so I had to spawn an attacking AI with the simple trainer to kill me. After that, I was seemingly "on duty" when respawning at the hospital. I then drove around for a while, with nothing happening. I went back to Michaels house and killed the AI I had spawned, and seemingly gained a wanted level doing so. So I drove off, drove around some more, nothing happening. I tried forcing a callout and got an unhandled exception error 🙄
  4. I've done this, I walked in the station, and I didn't see any options to select a ped model (I'm still Trevor) but I did go to the garage and select a vehicle. Now I'm stuck looking at a black screen with white loading circle in the bottom corner. Edit: had to ctrl+alt+del and end task, as the black loading screen seemed infinite
  5. Yes, I was able to do that, and RPH seemingly started fine, it said enjoy. Now, what's the next step? I'm not seeing any indication LSPDFR was initiated.
  6. Yes it does, perfectly fine. I'm able to play normally with no issues when starting it via steam/rsc. I found this RPH log in the game files, I'm not sure if this provides anything useful.
  7. As the title states, I start GTA V via RPH, and pretty much instantly pops up a window stating GTA V has crash, and it's generating a report (it never does). I apologize for the poor phone camera pictures but I'm unable to take a screenshot when it's like this. I'm not sure what to do here. I'm trying to get back into GTA V/LSPDFR after several years, and I'm totally lost. This is on a fresh install, with no other mods except RDE (and it's included LSPDFR compat files) As I said, no crash report is generated unfortunately, so I don't think I can provide that, unless someone knows what's going on. I can play GTA fine, but obviously LSPDFR isn't working in this situation, and the only way to get that popup window to go away is to quit the game.
  8. Ok, update: got the game to work. Played around, no issues. Installed the RDE mod (and SNT, ScripthookV, Scripthook.net) and it crashed to desktop while loading. Any ideas? RDE is the only mod I have, its a fresh install.
  9. Alright, so it's been over a year since I've played GTA V on PC. I've totally forgotten how everything works. I recently bought the game on Steam (after losing my game disk). I can't even get started. My first attempts to login to social club are met with never-ending captcha images (please click the squares with signs, cars, horse, etc). After clicking well over 20 correct squares, it just keeps loading more and more images. Clicking verify tells me to try again. Well, after about 15 minutes of this, I'm met with: "Your computer or network may be sending automated queries. To protect our users, we can't process your request right now. For more details visit our help page" Guys... this one is killing me. I'm totally lost on this one. I remember with the disk version of the game, you were required to have a 24/7 internet connection to social club to even play, despite the option for "offline mode" (which never worked). Is there a way to bypass the social club (I'm using the Steam version, as mentioned before)? And also bypass the "always connected to the internet 24/7/365" crap? I just wanna play the game with Realism Dispatch Enhanced lol... Side note: I take my laptop to work on the weekends and play games, (no WiFi at work) so an ability to play offline would be highly welcomed. Thank you.
  10. Thats not true at all. And its certainly not stealing, when the creators have thrown up their hands and quit.
  11. Why can't we upload OpenIV here? Who gives a shit what the creators say. They abandoned it and caved in to pressure from a bullshit C&D order based on lies. They also designed it so that we have no control over it, forced updates. I say fuck em. They quit, so it's fair game. What are you all afraid of? Its freeware. You can do what you want with it.
  12. I think scripthook has been abandoned. Mine isn't working even when I reverted to 1032.
  13. Well I dunno what the fuck is up, I finally got RPH to revert properly, so now its back to version 1032. But When starting I got a fatal scripthook error. What the hell? Scripthook already supports 1032
  14. Why doesn't somone just crack OpenIV, make a few edits to the GUI, rename it something else, and distribute it? Fuck the devs. If they won't grow a spine and stand up to T2, someone with some computer knowledge should. Why is everyone pussyfooting around this? Also, what's the deal with scripthook and scripthookV? That get abandoned too?
  15. For whatever reason, the backup feature of RPH NEVER works for me. More specifically, the revert feature is what doesn't work when I go to use it. Since this OpenIV shit, I've quit playing altogether. I can already see the mods on this site and GTA5-mods.com dwindling down.
