Stock LSPDFR works fine, freezes with plugins. Help.

OK, so my scripthooks, API, RPH, etc etc. are all brand new and up-to-date, including LSPDFR. Aside from a realistic handling mod, weapon and siren sound mods, and RDE, I have no other mods. When playing LSPDFR by itself, it works fine.

 

Finally, I installed the "essential mods" listed on this site. They are: CopHolster, Spotlight, LSPDFR+, Traffic Policer, Arrest Manager,  and PoliceSmartRadio.

 

After installing these, I am able to go on duty, select a character model and vehicle, but once the vehicle is spawned onto the road, my game freezes, but it does not crash to desktop. There is still ambient noise, I am able to access the pause menu. There is also a message that pops up stating: "A textbox is currently being shown in the centre of your screen. If you can't see it, RPH had an issue initializing with DirectX and your RPH console won't work either - ask for support on the RPH Discord"

 

(I can't see the mentioned text box in the center of the screen, btw.)

 

I'm new to their Discord so I can't post for 10 minutes. Hoping you folks could offer some advice. It's gotta be something related to the plugins. The problem started after installing them.

Double posting is never a good idea and waiting 10min seems to work better than making multiple post.
