1. EUP Menu and EUP do not touch any RAGEPluginHook files. I recommend using the .oiv file for EUP if you're having trouble with LML. Simply drag & drop the OIV into your OpenIV and install it into /mods. 2. The RPH website is outdated. Use the RPH discord or LSPD:FR manual. 3. For ELS you need to have ScripthookV installed. The Plugins you linked (ManiacCallouts, DefinitiveCallouts, OJScenarios) all come with readmes and are LSPDFR plugins. You simply drag & drop them to the correct folder. BeatPartners and Secure My Vehicle have instructions on the download page: "Make sure to put BeatPartners.dll and BeatPartners.ini and BeatPartners.pdb into \Plugins\LSPDFR folder." The vehicle of that lightbar with the arrow seems to be blacked out. Make sure the vehicles.meta has the correct "diffusetint" value in white. (0x00FFFFFF)

Hey! 1. Please make sure you drag the .OIV to your Desktop. Not all programs have a proper temp folder with permissions to read / write files from. 2. Make sure GTA V is closed in the background. (Check Task Manager; especially when using Steam, scroll all the way down.)

On default vehicles as well? If this happens to ELS vehicles, you need to set the extras to not be controlled by ELS, they will then stop "flashing" or become "invisible" when using ELS. You can set that in the .xml of the vehicle once you figured out which extra is causing this.

Which gameconfig did you install and where did you install it to? A screenshot of OpenIV's location would be helpful.

Change the plugin timeout threshold from 10000 to 60000 in the RagePluginHook.ini file; found in your Grand Theft Auto V folder. Then locate to GTAV/LSPDFR and open the "LSPDFR.inI". There change "Main.PreloadAllModels" to "false".

LML is a great modmanager for LML specific mods or FiveM car conversions. What you names seem like Plugins or Scripts. Those you will need to install manually. Do you have any examples (Links) as to what you would like to install?
