I am a resident up in Flagstaff, Arizona, and am currently in the application process to become a police officer. I do about 2 ride-alongs a week, so I'm planning on making these as accurate as possible. I decided to take on the task of making the Flagstaff cars. This is my very first skin I've ever tried to replicate. I feel it could be better, but please let me know if there's anything you plan on changing. This is currently a WIP. I plan on making all of Flagstaff's cars including: Standard Skin: CVPI Ford Explorer Ford Taurus Chevy Tahoe Breast Cancer Awareness: Ford Explorer (only one they have) DUI Vehicle (Drive Hammered, Get Nailed): Ford Explorer (only one they have) In the future, I plan on making the NAU PD Cars, and the Arizona DPS Cars. Once the Flagstaff Standard Skins are made, I will go ahead and release them. If you are unfamiliar with the flagstaff, NAU, and DPS cars, I will have images attached of the real life vehicles. Ok. I think that was my issue. Right before you responded, I changed the "modelName", "txdName", and "gameName" to police4. "handlingId" is still POLICE. If I change the handlingId to police4, the game crashes. I guess my taurus is going to handle like a CVPI. I can change the handling id to anything put police4. if any car has police4 as it's handling id, it crashes

So, when I run the game thru RAGE, "Loading Story Mode", stays on the screen for about 5-6 seconds before it crashes. When I try to run GTA thru Steam, it still crashes before I get into the world. if I replace the edited META file with the stock one, I can load in-game fine

I'm trying to install some cars into my police, police2, police3, and police4 slots. Police2-4 require a meta file, so I proceeded to take the, police2 and police3 lines from the vehicle folder, and copy/paste them over the police2 and police3 lines on the stock meta file (in a mods folder). I am making sure I am taking just the police2 and police3 lines. I then try to do the same for police4. The thing is the car I want in my police4 slot is "made for" the police3 slot. So I change all the vehicle model names, the VCF name, and in the meta file, I change everything that says police3 to police4, and do the whole copy/paste deal. After that, I save the meta file, and import it into my mods folder. I try to run the game, and when the loading screen says "Loading Story Mode", it crashes to desktop, and gives a crash report. Is there anyone here that can see if I'm doing anything wrong? Very frustrating, because I don't want a Taurus to act like a Tahoe, a Charger to not have better acceleration, etc.

Hopefully some fixes can come out.

60 Even if it is just LSPDFR, I still get 60FPS. Could it just be all the scripts (about 15), making it lower the fps I took Visual V and Keep Calm out, and it went up to about 30-40, but do scripts really make a big impact on the frame rate?

I am on a GTX980 and I am able to get 60FPS when I am in normal story mode. As soon as I go on duty, and load all the plugins, my FPS drops to 25-30 and does not move. Why is this? I have the newest drivers.
