this pack was made 5m ready by J.Walker
    They're already set up for fivem, all you do is go to C:\Users\ADMIN\Documents\server\cfx-server-data-master\resources for example and place the folders for the trucks in there and go to your server.cfg and type "TRUCK NAME" in your resources. For example Ferrara, GMC, Etc.
 

Features
These files will allow to use some of the EUP Outifts for your character but also for NPCs (ambient spawns and backup)

The files only cover the basics for now, so you'll the main agencies like LSPD, LSSD, SAHP, FIB, NOOSE, SASP, DOA, NYSP, SASPA and etc.
These configs doesn't includes RHPD, DPPD, BCSO and such, which means these configs only relies on EUP packs and nothing else. You don't need any particular car slots.
Although I am planning something else for the future, which will enhance your LSPDFR experience with more customisations, agencies, cars ans stations.

How to install:

Requirements
This mod is optimized to work with these vehicles pack.

Since EUP doesn't have it's own car pack to go with the uniforms yet, these files relies on different car pack made by the modding community, if you don't want to use these car slots and prefer either vanilla or custom setup, get the file without the addon vehicles. Alright, this is only half this pack in its current state. I as always will update and add things and remove things but expect to see the actual police version up tomorrow. However enjoy for the interim the Los Santos Auxiliary force. Just a pack I have been plugging away at and honestly now I'm just talking to fill space. I think I've covered most things. This is as always the simple install of finding the .ytd folder of the vehicle you want to use then importing all the skins then save. What does this mean? Well, simply put, I can no longer handle it. School and work has to take priority, and I just don't have the time for it anymore. I'm very sorry to those of you who were looking forward to new updates, bugfixes, your suggestions and more. I wanted to say thank you to everyone for your incredible amounts of support along the journey of this plugin.
 
I first submitted this over 3 years ago, way back in 2019, as just a couple of vaguely security related callouts. Since then, nearly 50,000 people have downloaded it. I can't even picture that many people in my mind, it truly blows me away, so thank you.
 
For anyone interested, I've decided to open-source the entirety of Beta 1.2, along with all unreleased WIP Beta 1.3 code here on GitHub. It's a GPL license, so go crazy. Unfortunately I no longer have the original code for the older versions, but if you really need them for some reason you can always just decompile them, as they're all still available here as .dll files. Thank you all again for your support over the years, and happy modding.

3. Navigate to Grand Theft Auto V\LSPDFR\data\custom\ and delete "agency_gru.xml", "duty_selection_gru.xml", "inventory_gru.xml", "outfits_gru.xml", and "stations_gru.xml"

How to uninstall the mod (vehicles):
1. With OpenIV Navigate to Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\ and delete the folder "gspack"

    Inside this file find the line that says "<item>dlcpacks:/gspack/</item>" and delete it, then save "dlclist.xml"
3. With OpenIV Navigate to Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\ and edit "extratitleupdatedata.meta"
    Inside this file find the set of lines that says: 
    <Item type="SExtraTitleUpdateMount">
        <deviceName>dlc_gspack:/</deviceName>
        <path>update:/dlc_patch/gspack/</path>
    </Item> 
    and delete that section of code, then save "extratitleupdatedata.meta"

I have a slicktop 2017 F-250 XL edition made for the LSCSD. It features a ghosted skin by HDgamerzPC as well as ACTIVE takedowns as Extra1. Extra2 is a toolbox I placed in the back. The base model was made by GodzGift, I converted the lights from GTA IV, retextured and wrote the carcols myself. I hope yall enjoy.

Introduction
Do you also miss that feature from LSPDFR 0.3 where you had a keybinding to start a random callout? This plugin brings it back! 
Now you don't need to go to the interaction menu to start a callout anymore.
You can also change your availability by pressing Z by default.
 
Features
- Start a random callout by pressing a key
- Force end a callout by pressing a key
- Set your callout availability to available and unavailable by pressing a key
- An on-screen text box that tells you if you are available for calls or not (You can disable this. if you disable this you will get a notification instead)
- Player Location Display compatibility so they don't overlap (You can set this to true in the ini file)
- Police SmartRadio integration to change your availability via the radio, and also starting a callout via the radio
 
Using the plugin
You can start a random callout while on duty by pressing X by default. Set your availability by pressing Z by default. There are also some settings you can change in the included .ini file.
If you installed the plugin and go on duty, a little box will show on your screen from Police SmartRadio. Here you can add the 2 buttons this plugin adds to the radio.
 
Installation
Drag and drop everything inside the “Grand Theft Auto V” folder to your main GTA V directory.

I try to fix those but sometimes it still happens. Go into vehicles.metafind the line that says diffusetint for the model and find the diffusetint value and replace the value with this<diffuseTint value="0x00FFFFFF" />

This is my first model conversion from Forza Motorsport 4 to GTA V, the Unmarked version of the 
2000 Ford Mustang SVT Cobra R, a high-performance version of the Ford Mustang designed by Ford's 
Special Vehicle Team division. This car is designed to crack down illegal street races as a 
chase car while maintaining stealth.
 
Template has been provided if you want to create your own liveries. All blue version of ytd and XML files also included (thanks to @Ezra).

screnshots, and liveries without explicit written permission. FiveM and other multiplayer server use is allowed

Installation:
PLEASE PAY CLOSE ATTENTION ON THE INSTALLATION. 
1. Use OpenIV and install the car mods to mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday18ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf
2. Install the VCF ELS files under Grand Theft Auto V\ELS\pack_default
3. If the lights does not seem to be flashing, set the diffuse tint value to

There's 9 different vehicles to choose from
All with Reflective textures
 
The vehicles are fictional. The textures are inspired by Hawthorne PD California.

The 2015 Tahoe is in the LGUARD slot, so you will need to change the colour to black with your trainer
Or it will have a yellow tint to it.
You cannot initiate traffic stops with it whilst it's in this slot as it's not coded as a police vehicle.
At the moment I don't know how to change that, so if somebody does, please feel free to edit the appropriate file and upload it ( or tell me how to do it )
 
These models give you the opportunity to create your own reflective textures without having to go through the trouble of using 
Zmodeler3
 
When making a reflective texture. Put whatever you want to reflect on a CLEAR background
and replace it in the vehicles .ytd

BUGS.
The light emissives on the FPIU mirrors don't move when the doors are opened.
Same thing with the ION's on the 15 Tahoe trunk when it's open
Any glass that spawns black can be changed to 'NONE' in the vehicle mods menu in your trainer.
