Hey guys, Im back again with another convert. This one was long over due but I finally got it done with the help of some people which will be listed as contributes. I will also be working on this overtime to make improvements along with my raptor. As far as I know there there is only one error and that is the glass tint which needs to be changed when you spawn it. There is also a bug in Open iv that when you open the model to view it, it will not show the door textures and the roof texture appears messed up. It will not affect the texture in game. Its just a bug in open  IV. Anyways I hope you guys enjoy this one and many more to come. If there any other bugs you guys notice please forward them to me and ill do my best to fix them. If I also missed any names in the credits please inform me so I can address them accordingly Thanks.

HERE IT IS BOYS AND GIRLS! The New York State Division of Police. After two months of literally the hardest work I've ever spent on models including I swear to god im not exaggerating hours of research and pictures, and spamming my Discord for help, and spamming the New York tag on my Discord for help. This pack includes 19 vehicles, but it is only 5 or 6 actual bases, it just includes a ton of variants for each vehicle. Includes Tahoes, Vics, etc. every single vehicle as accurate as possible to their IRL counterpart, except 2016 FPIUs, Chargers, and Tahoes and 2012 Caprices which will all be added in the future with Highriser versions. Some of the vehicles are outdated, so if you check the unit number and it's like a 2017 Dodge Charger it means that they have replaced it, I just kept these around because unique CVPIs in the NYSP are being phased out and if I did a modern day pack with all active cars they would be scarce. If you are overwhelmed read the "If you are overwhelmed" notepad because these are NOT add on, so you need to choose between vehicles , or add them on yourself and that file will 100% help you, along with the "About" notepads in each model folder. Hi ladies.  So here is this old pack I made a while ago. It is as 100% accurate as any PAPD car could be, with my resources, however the lack of active/in service PAPD cars at least in my area is so so sad so there may be a few inaccuracies here and there, but regardless here it is for release. I will be extending this pack in the future with the highriser version and other vehicles once I am able to figure out a bunch of stuff, only comes with one CVPI for now. Thanks. Enjoy.

Hi ladies. Here is another pack. It only has one vehicle, accurate to the New York State Park PD which patrols the state's parks meaning it has forward reds, etc. and anything accurate to NYS. The main reason I wanted to make this Tahoe was to experiment with the sexy dirtmapping that Rick helped me with, and try to fix those SSV rims, which I was able to do and well, here it is. It is accurate, not based on but whatever not based on would be the Utica Police Department, it is as accurate as possible, and because it is in NY it features forward red and white lighting. Los Santos Fire Department debuts their new ladder truck! 
The MTL Bottle-Nose Ladder 15EX comes equipped with the capability of fighting fires in some of the larger buildings.
This truck is one variation of truck LSFD has ordered and will be recieving more!

-This Ladder truck was made all by Glitch Gamer. 
-Install files in the latest directory. 
-Uses Firetruck lighting and ELS lighting, so if you do add it on be sure to set the ID for firetruck.
-Is locked at the moment, but will be unlocked once I finish the model completely.
-Will be adding lighting such as flood lights.
-Script is by Alexguirre, so truck is just a model and ladder will not move without his script.
-Do not ask me for his script, he will release it when he is ready.
-Optional Carcol file which adds ambient lighting to the lights that are from the default lighting.
-Will make version compatible with other ladder control mods in future updates.
-If you add on the vehicle, in the vehicle.meta you need to specify the interior to be that of the firetruck.

(As seen on Live PD) this is the 2016 Ford Police Interceptor Sedan, CVPI, Ford Police Interceptor Utility, and Chevy Tahoe from Richland County, S.C. For a while I was using BradM's Richland County-based BCSO skin pack, but I found the amount of cars with just a lightbar and no pushbar lacking so I taught myself modeling and put this together.
 
The files are named "RCSD1.___" but obviously you can rename it for whichever slot you want; I just have it that way since they are added vehicle for me.

Well, I kinda did a skin of this a while ago and just never did anything with it. I looked through some old files and came across them and decided I should do a pack. Glad I did as I really like the colours on the all black. Please enjoy and have fun. My skins are going to be a very slow from now on as IRL isn't great and am having a hard time justifying doing these skins. As usual this pack may be updated with more models once those models are out and whether or not they are worth putting the skins on. Otherwise please enjoy this pack and have fun. This is as always the simple install of finding the .ytd folder of the vehicle you want to use, then importing all the skins then save. Notice any issues or have suggestions please share in the comments section. Let me know if I missed anything.

Well, some might wonder why I decided to upload a School Bus on this site. Well, I thought this would give a good base for a prison bus or something the likes, hence why I left the model unlocked and provided a wireframe template. Unfortunately I don't have time for that, but perhaps someone is up for it.

This pack is inspired by the police vehicles you see in the opening scene of 'Baby Driver'. It originally was going to be three vehicles, but now contains eight after numerous community requests. It's not supposed to be exactly Atlanta PD, not the APD you see in the film, it's loosely based off that film. This is an all blue's pack.

The Impala base model is missing the back of the seat headrests. It's not overly noticeable. I'll fix this once I get better (I'm sick atm - Feb '18)

Q: Why r ur lights so shiny pls help :(
A: I use RadianceV to make my lights bright, you will need something like this or another mod like it to make your lights as bright as mine.
 
Q: Can you please make an ELS pack for my own personal town?
A: Not even a little sorry bb 
 
Q: X isn't working why?
A: You may be doing something wrong, or I may have fucked something up. If you do find a bug or have a question please comment with a screenshot or video to give me a better idea of what is wrong and I will get back to you.
 
Q: My lightbar and windows are tinted :(
I try to fix those but sometimes it still happens. Go into vehicles.metafind the line that says diffusetint for the model and find the diffusetint value and replace the value with this<diffuseTint value="0x00FFFFFF" />

A CVPI meant for stringing, or if you want, for security, with only amber lights. Supports ELS, but also works without it (ELS file is just there for people that enjoy using ELS and ELS controls, and who also want the CVPI lights to work without a siren) 

To get those lights to be as bright in the video / pictures, install RadianceV / any other mod that enhances police lights. 

Original, unlocked model from here.

PS: Original model was edited to remove lightbar and some other features. Downloading the original model and adding the texture in my download will NOT work.

 This is exactly what it sounds like, it's a Grapeseed Police Texture for @Custo's Total Cop Overhaul Highway Cop. It was originally made with @Cogs14's Grapeseed Police Vehicle Texture in mind. However, you may use any texture you'd like. This pack includes only textures for Custo's Ped. However, it does work for the default in-game SAHP Ped, but I recommend Custo's because it includes a much better, modified ped.
