No you don't have to be a member of the clan, my clan is actually closed, it was not active before I had issues with the website, now that it's back up, I have closed the clan for now to allow me to work on other projects such as my scripts.

I'm glad that you have complied with their requests, it would not be good for our community to be struck with copyright infringement, I hope that others have complied if asked, and I'm sure that Sam/Jay/Modding Team know the actual number of Take Down's they have had to do (if any so far), but it would suck if more Departments start locking out their logos from us, I know lots of people enjoy playing as their local law enforcement department, aspiring to become part of the team.

The computer database now works via Facebook. This is just me testing the Facebook API, but I'm leaving it online. Who knows, maybe this was the whole idea for Microsoft in the first place, release BS information about their DRM and see how Sony would react, if Sony kept theirs they could then later on say that they are changing their DRM and then have the upper hand on Sony. It's not uncommon for big companies to play games like this.

Have you guys considered Steam Greenlight? Steam has some helpful tools, and a great content distribution system, personally it's my second fav DRM method, just coming in behind No DRM of course :P

yea, that is basically what my problem is, I didn't get the laundry in right away and found out the hard way that they don't like dirty clothes hahaha, so I'm hoping over the next episode or two my laudry room will start working at capacity and the fights will slowly come down to calm again. I don't even have a Psychologist yet, the repairs are keeping my budget low hahaha.

It looks like an awesome game, quite like the game myself and a few friends have been planning (we are also planning on going Unity), I'd hate to see such a good game get burried under a metric shit-tonne of legal problems, I love indie games, and when your demo is released I'll for sure have to add it to my Indie Monday playlist :)

It is a pretty awesome game, with each new Alpha some bugs get squished, and new features (and some bugs) get added, but the features are always making this game better and better each time.

Nice to see that my GPS map is included in this program :) Just a quick update about my script, it now is (partially) working with my other scripts ADMS, ADMS will send your units type (Police, Firefighter, EMS, S.W.A.T, ect) to the live map and then your icon will be different. SCSDDeputy if you would like me to create some maps that show only one unit type then let me know and I can work on that for you :)

Do you have licences to use the Dodge logo, HEMI trademark or other licenced material in your game, if not it will get swarmed by lawyers on release. Until you have licences you will have to do what GTA IV does and use mock names and logo's for cars, otherwise it's a lawsuit waiting to happen. But other than that, the video looks amazing, nice game. Keep it up :)

Pressing CTRL+P forces duty, that is probably what you are pressing, you need to press Left ALT and P to actually start that part of the script, forcing duty allows you to do cop actions, but leaves you needing to use the trainer to change your clothes and spawn your car (which is what I do anyway)

I've had my PS3 fat for close to, if not longer than 5 years, no issues at all. I get the occasional overheat shutdown, but our place is quite dusty, and sometimes I forget to clean it out.

I love this video, they are taking so many stabs at Microsoft, idk if you watched the press release, but the crowd literally went wild when they announced that they are supporting used games. I like your points, yes I never liked the all in one idea too, Netflix apps are enough in my idea. Those kind of app's I'm ok with being on the PS4, because it's different than live TV. I love PC gaming, and there are many games on the PC that won't be on consoles, but there are games that I would rather play on a console, such as Call of Duty due to the PC versions being so full of hackers, I prefer to play on a system that is harder to hack. And yes, as I did mention above, I do love the look of the PS4, and I've never loved the looks of an Xbox.

I've never liked the X"BOXES" because they are too boxy looking. Personally I prefer the look of the PS3 Fats to the slims. As I say in my videos, I love the bigger bodies. Also here is a playlist of my Pre-show and Full Review on the PS4 Release:
