well i would say it is your FPS, you have a 1.65 GHz processor when the minimum specs call for at least a 2.4GHz on the AMD side.

what happens is xlive.dll moves the save game folder, so now that your not using it, it can't find the old saved games. What you need to do is find your old save games and move them to the actual save game folder. I know that xlive.dll moves the location of your save games, looking at the changelog the save game file should not have moved. Where you using xlive.dll before?

Looks like we are going to a new server, whats the details of this upgrade? More space, bandwidth, better host?

I have noticed that the Auto aim, only works in certain occasions. It won't auto target someone who has already surrendered, or someone your chasing.

I agree, it can be quite fun, and it's a break from the fast paced shoot 'em up's. I love the tactical style, and sometimes I do get caught going to fast, and I pay for it. Sometimes though I think your teams AI is not so tactical, and there are some missions I tell them just to hang back as I go lone wolf on them, but with the expansion making the game a little more challenging even in the regular missions, I don't think the Team member AI moved up, and they end up getting killed or wounded keeping you from a perfect 100/100 score.

yes, port forwarding can be annoying, but there is a whole website devoted to teaching port forwarding, and even gives specific steps on tons of different routers. Personally when I used Hamachi I found it unstable, and didn't like to work all the time. I do prefer non-leathal, as that is how S.W.A.T prefers to opperate, unless the conditions dictate that they need to go lethal, I have been known to pick up the M16 from time to time.

for the PC my Steam is Faracus, and xfire is livingtorment. I'm down for playing it. My loadout for longer range is the OC Pepperball gun, with tazer. Pepper Spray, stingers and opti wand. CQB is the bean bag shotty, tazer, OC Gas, pepper spray, opti.

I own the Gold edition with Swat 4 + Expansion for the PC though. A great game, but sometimes the AI was not so tactical about things, and controlling them was not the easiest thing. Whats your fav loadout? EDIT: I also believe that the expansion also made things a lot harder, one thing I noticed, was that if you get sidetracked in hunting down a loose suspect, the one who previously was subdued, but not zip-cuffed picked up their weapon again, and shot me in the back.

To get the taser, you need to Press ALT+T to spawn it, then ALT+T again to equip.

This is a quick and hopefully helpful tutorial that will help new people know how to add custom cars to their game focusing mainly on the Police cars, but it's the same steps for other cars. I won't be adding links for the obvious reason that I don't want to push any copyright infringement linking where I should not. When you download a pack, it will be as a compressed archive .zip .rar .7z whatever, you will need a program to open these files. Windows Explorer on Windows 7 computers will open most .zip files, but for .rar or .7z you will need better programs. I recommend WinRAR which you can google to find, and install. Next open up the folder and extract it. I recommend putting it in a folder you will easily be able to find, and I also recommend putting each different car in to a different folder as some will have the same .wft .wtd file names causing overwrites. Next you will need to get OpenIV or SparkIV, again google is our dear and glorious leader for this. for the rest of the tutorial I will assume that you have SparkIV. !!!IMPORTANT!!!! Don't skip this step. Manually browse to your GTAIV folder and select the cdimages folder copy and paste it in to a separate folder for backup purposes!!! If you fail to comply with this step then if you wish to revert back to the original cars you will have to remove the game completely and start again!! Open up SparkIV and then click Browse, give this some time as it attempts to find your GTA IV folder. When it refresh's go through the tree to GTAIV -> pc -> models -> cdimages then on the right side of the window double click vehicles.img to open it. police.wft + police.wtd is your first police car in selection police2.wft + police2.wtd is a second car. polpatriot.wft + polpatriot.wtf is a paddy wagon. pstockade.wft + pstockade.wtd is a paddy wagon. noose.wft + noose.wtd is a car. nstockade.wft + nstockade.wtd is a tactical unit truck. fbi.wft + fbi.wtd is another car. It is important to assign a car to a car, and a truck to a truck. Most mods will tell you what they are designed for. Now what you have to do is go to the downloaded cars that you have and change the .wft and .wtd to one of the ones above to be recognized by LCPDFR. You can only have one car under each name, so don't have two of police and one police2. (honnestly I have not tryed adding cars under different names, but from my limited knowledge if they do show up in game, and are spawnable, I don't believe that LCPDFR will let you choose one when you come on duty....feel free to experement and play at your own expense, just hope you have a backup, also I am not sure if you can modify it so that LCPDFR can pick it up, again I am not wanting to mess with my system.) Then click import and import both the .wft and .wtd files for each car you have and then click save. Now you have added the cars in to the game. Enjoy them. Sorry that this tutorial is not complete with screen shots, I do plan on including them later, but it's late, and I need to nap before work tonight. I hope this helps many people, and if there are things that I have missed please let me know and I will fix it. EDIT: 06/03/2012: Added the other cars, and their descriptions.

This has been answerd multiple times, and I believe your talking about police car mods. Most mods have instructions on how to install them. ELS is a program that uses brighter/ more realistic lights, again google search for it will turn up hundreds of responses.

haha, well I was thinking of only like a small amount, don't wana OD the thing.

the easiest way to answer that is to take a look at the games you have have, or want to get and look at their specs and then try and find a computer that is as good as, or better than the recommended spec's. What type of computer to get depends on what you want to do with it. I was lucky enough to be able to drop $3500 on an Alienware computer, and I'm actually happy with the performance I get out of it.

This is by no means a demand, more of just a question. You can perform random pullovers and just use the F11 (Other) reason (which I dislike cos I always call them ugly, quite unprofessional), and then if you find nothing wrong you seem to say sorry to them for it, but I was wondering if there where plans to make a check stop possible while your on foot, be able to make a car pull over and then initiate a check stop.
