you will need your kepboard to initiate traffic stop, respond to callouts, jurn on just your lights, spawn the tazer, use the computer, go through the menus during a traffic stop. frisk peds, call for backup....etc.

GTA IV supports the Microsoft Xbox 360 controller (if you have the adapter), but the keys for LCPD:FR will require use of the keyboard.

LCPD:FR is not supported on cracked versions, however Digital copies (such as steam), are fine, and work. I know because mine is a digital copy via steam.

yes LCPD:FR works with EFLC, and system specs are posted here http://support.rockstargames.com/entries/479435-pc-system-requirements-for-gta-iv so make sure your system exceeds these.

there is no such things as smoothly, but if thats your VRAM then your good, if thats just normal RAM, that is a little low.

I'm wondering if I get rid of <flag>GUN</flag> or something. nvm, that stops it for firing, good thing for backups :P

Heyy there, I am wondering, how can I change the tazer so that peds don't run rum it when you use it?

*plans to spam the ID check function after it's release to find the feature* Would love to test the Coroner mod, plus whatever ideas you have in mind. *EDIT* my opinion is to let the players arrest them, as said above teleporting can cause problems, more so in multi-player mode.

have your restarted your computer in between installations?

A few things that might help 1) turn of User Account Control completly, it's a junk program, it even asks you if you want to run a Microsoft program, are their own programs so crap you might now want to run them? 2) set your DEP to Turn on DEP for essential Windows programs and services only. That way it won't block any additional programs, if you need the additional protection, download SpyBot.

Is this in MP, or Single Player?

*EDIT* Having the required specs, are you talking about the Minimum, or the Recomended? I have system specs that blow the recomended specs out of the water, and yet it still crashes, it's just the poorly way GTA IV was designed for the PC. Also are you using any mods such as ELS, ENB, and are your cars ELS cars?

Most cars come in a .zip/.rar archive file, so you need a program to un compress them, with that program you can choose what location you want your files to be put, then using OpenIV or SparkIV (whatever one you use) go to your vehicles.img then import the files that are there, and don't forget to click save! (if using SparkIV)

It should not be read only, make sure the box is UN CHECKED! *EDIT*Stupid double posts.
