BeastyBill88 reacted to cp702 for a file, SirenSetting Limit Adjuster
This mod raises various siren limits in GTA V.

The per-vehicle siren limit is raised from 20 to 32. Vehicles can now have siren1 through siren32, which are all fully functioning and independent. The siren_glass limit is also raised to 32. Note that the limit of 128 total bones on a vehicle still exists.

The maximum value of a siren setting ID in carcols is raised to 65535. In the base game, siren settings can conflict if one of them has a value over 255. Now, siren setting IDs can go up to 65535 without conflicting with each other.

This mod also expands the maximum number of unique siren settings you can have. If you have 400 cars, and they all have unique light patterns, that'll work.

    Installation
Copy the included ASI to your game folder.

    Usage
For additional lights, just use siren21 through siren32 and add extra entries to the siren settings in carcols.meta. Again, note that there is still a limit of 128 total bones on a single vehicle.

For the increased ID limit, just use a number bigger than "255" as the ID. The values 0, 255, and 65535 are reserved, so don't use those specific values. No additional configuration is required.

    RPH Users
SSLA does not require RAGEPluginHook, but it is compatible with it. However, it is ONLY compatible with the latest version! RPH version 1.98 has a compatibility patch that will play nicely with SSLA v2. The latest RPH version can be found bundled with LSPDFR, or on the RAGEPluginHook Discord server.

If you had RAGEPluginHook and SSLA v1, you may have had a compatibility DLL in your Plugins folder. This DLL is no longer required and should be removed. RPH now talks directly to SSLA.

RPH plugins that deal with emergency lighting will continue to function, but may need to be updated to support lights 21 through 32.

    FiveM Users
SSLA v2 is compatible with FiveM. The server owner must enable ASIs in server.cfg with sv_scripthookallowed true, and Each user must copy the ASI into the plugins folder in their FiveM Application Data. No changes are required to the server config.

    RPH Developers
In RPH version 1.98 and up, the Lights member of an EmergencyLighting will be length EmergencyLighting.MaxLights (a static class property) instead of necessarily being length 20. They will still all have the same length, it's just that that length will be longer than 20 if SSLA is installed.

    Logging
This ASI produces a SirenSettings.log file in your game directory. It records:
Every loaded SirenSetting, its name, its ID, and its internal index; Every loaded vehicle, its name, its siren ID, and the index it was matched to; Any conflicts, where two SirenSetting entries have the same ID. License

BeastyBill88 reacted to Miniz for a file, Realistic GTAV Weapons + Narcotics for Search Warrant Plugin
This mod removes the old config and adds GTAV weapons such as pistol, combatpistol, carbine rifle,
etc... Additionally, I removed the old narcotics config and added realistic drugs and paraphernalia.
A list of the weapons and narcotics added is also included in this download. (ALSO INCLUDED BELOW)
The suspicion level, probability, size and all that is also changed on both of the weapons and narcotics
    configs so it's more realistic.

Most guns are suspicious instead of illegal since I'm loosely basing this list of American gun
laws. If it's in the car and you're transporting it, it's not illegal, unless Stolen or Modified.
When dealing with guns on person, use Stop The Ped to check for ID and their gun permit, and you
    can go from there.

As I said, I'm loosely basing this on American laws but not 100% as I am not American. This is
basically the result of a little research and common sense. Marijuana is also legal, but dealing is
not, so baggies and several pounds of weed is illegal.

If you have any suggestions for me to add something or change the legality, etc.. then comment below.

    Illegal Firearms:
    - Stolen Firearms
    - Modified Firearms
    - Machine Guns (not SMGs)
    - Automatic Firearms

They will not be recognized by my plugin You can only add/edit entries under these roots with the "Charge" name Traffic Stop Questions [NEW] Traffic stop questioning menu, replaces default LSPDFR+ one To use, approach a car on a traffic stop and press the interaction key (default "Y") to open the menu You can: Ask the driver for their license and proof of insurance If the driver has no license, a suspended license, or warrants, there is a chance they will refuse to identify themselves to you, which is arrestable. Ask for passenger's identification Tell the driver the reason for pulling them over (27 default reasons so far, just comment any more ideas you have and I will try to add them) Ask general questions: "Where are you headed?" "Where are you coming from?" "Is the address on your license current?" "Do you own this vehicle?" "How do you know the passenger(s)?" Ask questions related to crime: "Have you been drinking recently?" "Have you you used any drugs recently? "Is there anything illegal in the car?" "Can I search your vehicle?" Also gives details on traffic condition such as light, medium, or heavy (togglable) [NEW] Integrated Lite Court System Upon creating an arrest report, a court case will automatically be generated for the arrest There is a customizable amount of time between the arrest date and court date in the .ini file Active court cases options View name, charges, court date, and force early case hearing Past court cases options View name, charges, sentence, and delete one or all entries Sentences depend on severity and amount of charges [!!!IMPORTANT!!!] Due to the new court system, the XML structure of the Charges.xml has changed, adding a new attribute called "life" to every charge. If life is set to true, that charge can carry a life sentence. You must update old customized XML files to include this attribute for every charge or use the new ones provided, otherwise the game will crash [Coming Soon] Evidence system integration
    Known Bugs:
Sometimes arrested peds will leave the backseat of your vehicle and try to drive away. No known fix but to grab them and put them back in the vehicle. Probably a plugin interaction. Have not had happen to me in a while, please report for v2.2.1 if you encounter. Possibly fixed

BeastyBill88 reacted to PNWParksFan for a file, Police Tape
It's Los Santos... people get shot, people get run over, things catch fire... and it's usually all your fault. Eventually, you need to do something to keep nosy bystanders out of your business. Ever wished you could quickly close off a freeway so no cars can get by? Ever wanted to block off the scene of a dead body so that curious pedestrians couldn't tell who exactly shot them? Perhaps you just want to peacefully do some construction work, but oblivious drivers keep driving into your work zone. Or maybe you're fighting a fire, and need to stop rubberneckers from wandering into harm's way.

No matter what you do in Los Santos, Police Tape is here to keep everyone else out of your way.

Featuring dynamic tape with cloth physics that blows in the wind
Aim-and-click tape and barrier placement lets you attach tape to any surface
Built-in advanced traffic control stops even the stupidest San Andreas drivers
Ped path blocking prevents most ambient peds from crossing police lines, while allowing backup, medics, coroners, and suspects to keep going
Full API lets plugin and callout creators add tape to their own scenes
Tape import/export system lets you save your tape and include saved tape scenes in callouts
Tape management menu to delete individual strands of tape and manage traffic control
Customize your tape texture to get different text or patterns
LML support to install scripts and police tape model files, DLC option if you prefer

KNOWN ISSUE: The tape sometimes droops through the ground, especially when there is not much wind or with longer pieces of tape. User more barriers and shorter pieces of tape to help reduce this effect. This is due to the limitations of what cloth physics can do in zmodeler/GTA V. Version 2.0 adds static tape models which do not sag as an option. You can choose for each strand whether to use static or dynamic tape.

KNOWN ISSUE: If you are having issues with changing the keybindings in the INI not taking effect in the game, add a single blank line at the top of your INI file.

KNOWN ISSUE: You may need to install a modified gameconfig.xml, depending on your version of GTA V. If you already have a modified gameconfig.xml to support add-on vehicles, you should be OK. If you haven't before and your game crashes on startup after installing Police Tape, you need to install a custom gameconfig. You can use the following LML package to install a compatible Gameconfig file:

    **UPDATE**
Between college, work, and the fact I have stopped playing LSPDFR for the time being, this plugin will probably not be updated for a while and will have limited support

Do you feel like you are not talking to dispatch as much as a real cop would? Do you wish that you could report to dispatch your current status, as well as inform them of various things?
Then this plugin is for you. It does not add much in terms of features, as most of the functions are purely aesthetic and are just there for immersion.
All options when selected generate a verbal response from dispatch and play the radio animation.

Video of it in action (older version):

Current Features: (features with actual functions are detailed in parenthesis)
Traffic Stop  Tell dispatch you are on a traffic stop. Inform them of occupancy, whether its a felony stop, your location, and if you require assistance (regular stop backup is one unit, felony is two units) Supports Bejoljo's traffic stop backup mod along with OJDoesIt's felony stop backup mod ONLY supports these mod if you leave their keys untouched (default) "Show Me..."  Current Options: En Route (Accepts callout if one's available) On Scene In Foot Pursuit (Generates 2 backup pursuit units) In Vehicle Pursuit (Generates 2 backup pursuit units) Code 4 (Ends current callout if active, aesthetic dispatch response if not) Suspect Description Give dispatch description of suspect such as gender, race, and build. Vehicle Description Give dispatch description of suspect's vehicle type and color.  NEW! Traffic stops and vehicle pursuits now automatically give dispatch vehicle's description (color, model, and license plate) "Suspect is/has..." In Sight In Custody Crashed In Transport Dead Update Location Tell dispatch your current location Shots Fired Tells dispatch that shots have been fired at your location, along with information on deceased peds/officers. Depending on the situation, the amount of backup will change dynamically Each option plays a transmission radio tone and generates a random response from dispatch each time, changing depending on the situation.
    RequiresRequires:
LSPDFR RagePluginHook ScriptHookVDotNet2 (https://github.com/crosire/scripthookvdotnet/releases/tag/v2.10.2) AutoItX3_x64 (included) RageNativeUI (included) IMPORTANT!
You MUST use ScriptHookVDotNet2, not old ScriptHookVDotNet. Failure to do so will result in a crash.

    Default Controls:
"i" = Open menu "," = Tell dispatch you are in foot pursuit "." = Tell dispatch you are in vehicle pursuit "/" = Tell dispatch suspect has crashed "-" = Tell dispatch shots have been fired All controls editable in the .ini file. Keep in mind the Oem2 key is NOT the "2" key but the "/" key.

A mini-pack of vanilla vehicles decked out with a vanilla-ified Federal Signal Valor, made entirely out of default R* parts. Contains the Stanier, Interceptor, and Gresley; if there is a demand the pack can be expanded to include more. Includes red/blue and blue/blue lighting configurations.

BeastyBill88 reacted to OJdoesIt for a file, Ambient Emergency Response - Customization
This mod creates random emergency vehicle responses that will come pass the player. The player should shut down any major intersection to let the emergency vehicles pass by.

    Courtesy of @lttrbmb

Make sure to put AmbientEmergencyResponse.dll and AmbientEmergencyResponse.ini into \Plugins\LSPDFR folder.

Take a look at the INI at least once to make sure you are satisfied with the settings.
You can enter cheat-code "ambientresponse" to force an ambient response.

Took a shot at modelling and this is the initial result. My first vehicle pack for GTAV. Includes 6 vehicles.

I want to give a big thanks to @Maurice97 for helping me get started, answering my questions and helping me with some bug fixes. Also have to thank @t0y for also answering my nooby questions. Couldn't have got this far without you guys. And thank you to BlackJesus, thegreathah and Him1250 for the great tutorials videos you have put out as well.

    FILE INFO:
This vehicle pack contains 6 vehicles, which include:
    2011 CVPI
    2013 Tahoe
    2013 FPIU
    2014 Charger
    2016 FPIS
    2016 Impala

    - All vehicles have working takedowns.
    - If you find the Whelen Justice lights too dim during the day, try this edited emissive texture by Black Jesus: emergelights_justice.rar

    OTHER INFO:
TINT BUG? Go into the vehicle.meta and find the 'diffusetint' line for the particular model (SHERIFF2, SHERIFF, POLICE, etc). Replace that value with <diffuseTint value="0x00FFFFFF" />  ... Or simply change the tint in game with a native trainer If your Impala is flipping try a different handling line. I have had luck with POLICE3 and FUGITIVE If you are changing the liveries YOU MUST change the textures in both the normal .ytd and the +hi.ytd ... if you just change it in one or the other the liveries will be different at different distances. If you don't like something about the lighting patterns, speeds, light stages or anything related to ELS chances are you can change it! Don't complain to me about it. ELS is extremely customizable. Check out the ELS user documentation, please don't ask me. All the info you need is in there.  If you notice a bug or mistake (which I most likely have made a few) please let me know, and I'll try to fix it in the next update. It could be an easy or quick fix.

BeastyBill88 reacted to BradM for a file, [ELS] LSPD Vehicle Pack
    FILE INFO:
This vehicle pack contains 10 vehicles; 6 patrol, 2 traffic enforcement and 2 unmarked cars. The following cars are included:

    2011 CVPI
    2013 Tahoe
    2014 Charger
    2015 FPIU
    2016 Charger
    2016 FPIS
    2016 FPIS - Unmarked
    2014 Charger - Unmarked
    2011 CVPI - Traffic Enforcement
    2016 Impala Traffic Enforcement

Patrol and Traffic Enforcement vehicles have working takedowns and alley lights.

PLEASE NOTE -  The unmarked vehicles have been separated from the main folder and are their own download due to upload size limits.

    - If you do not have extra police slots setup POLICE5 and POLICE6 will not work in game. You can rename these to whatever you want. Just make sure your vehicles.meta, mainly the handling lines, are correct (so you don't have SUV handling for a sedan or something).

    PREVIEW VIDEO:
(The aux coronas don't show up in the editor, so this isn't a completely accurate representation of in game lighting with included VCFs, but you get the idea).

    Features:
    -Name tags with randomized names.
-Vests for both female cops and highway patrolman.
-New patches for the highway patrolman and sheriff deputies.
-Ranks, with rarity values (sergreant rank being the rarest spawn).
    -Toggable shoulder mic.
    -Toggable watch.
    -Toggable nightstick.
    -Sunglasses for both female cops.
-"Shades on head" variation for all cops (that didn't already have it).
-Campaign cap for the highway patrolman.

This modification may be incompatible with other modifications that use controller bindings. (ELS being one of them)

Unfortunately, some (if not all) sets may remove the ability to scroll up in a menu using DpadUp.

Changing weapons in your vehicle using TAB or the scroll wheel will crash your game if you're using a set that removes weapon select.

This can be fixed by removing or changing the key bindings in the game settings

I recommend using Xpadder or Controller Companion to fix any issues regarding controller bindings
