1991 Chevy Caprice Development Resource
Yeah, I'm saving for this other hobby, work a lot and don't have a lot of time. Who knows what'll come around every now and then, but don't expect like the old days. Just some releases every now and then with little time I have.

If you could own any car...
Rockstar should've made West Coast Customs make this one IRL instead of the Banshee IMHO.

1991 Chevy Caprice [DEV RESOURCE]
The other Caprices are on the release list as well, same for the Ford LTD Crown Victoria because it seems like a lot of people want these cars!

1991 Chevy Caprice [DEV RESOURCE]
It's a vehicle model, isn't it? ;) I searched for that too though, but it didn't offer complete vehicles for development.

CHP Classic Caprice Police Pack ELS V8
Several inaccuracies, like the fact CHP didn't use 1991 and 1992 Caprices, and the steel wheels (black ones) started on the 1994 LT1 Caprice, so this one should have hubcabs. And I'm not a fan of Pumbars' Caprice model. I think it's better if I released my Caprice models (by Carface80) unlocked for development. But great release after all because of the 90's. ;D

The Mind-Boggling Classic Cop Car Thread
Now that was useful to me. Looks like I made the ELS on our Mack R Bronx NYPD ESU Truck 9 mod accurate as can be! =D It's hard to find good resources for 100% accuracy.

Mother Dies From Eating Raw Cookie Dough
If you haven't tasted cookie dough, you haven't lived! And if you're disgusted by it, allrite, so a couple of people have a different taste, but to me it's Heaven on Earth. Pure sweet heavenly flavor of unprepared cookies!

Removing annoying vehicle extras?
Alllright, here's something. You put a lotta effort into making an accurate, let's say LAPD crown vic. You do a lot of research. Takes you a lot of time. You do everything to find out all about equipment en lights and decals and everything. After a long period you know all about it. Then you start to create or collect all the equipment etc. that you need. You finally got/made it all and starts adding it. You finally get everything working properly ingame. You release this project with the pride of its accuracy. And then someone downloads it and replaces your authentic livery, where you spend a lotta research on. He makes an NYPD skin or whatever. There goes your lots of effort making a decent accurate mod in five minutes.

Removing annoying vehicle extras?
It's so that the model and its purpose remain authentic. If the author wanted to release a CPD CVPI, he wants it as a CPD CVPI., because that's where his effort and research went into. Second, parts that are valuable to the author could be ripped off.

"Driving Under The Influence" On A Bicycle?
Driving on a bike, under the influence of alcohol is public drunkness, or however it's called in English. But it won't be considered DUI since it's not a motorized vehicle. Only participating in traffic whilst under influence.
