By the way I'm wondering if we can define which prop models to use as roadblock barriers in the configuration file upon the release of the new update... I got some add-on prop models I wish to use as barriers in the plugin... but I don't want to replace existing prop models.

After the release of Coastal Callouts, I'm sure PNW will consider the development of Aerial Callouts... featuring new fighter jet pursuit API!

But how do they "do their work" even if they are dispatched? Do they repel paramedics down from helicopters or just hover above the skies to monitor the situation?

Is it possible to customize the skin of the peds responding to backup? E.g FIB Noose Backup = s_m_y_swat_01 peds with fib logo responds in fbi2? Or the skin of the peds are generated randomly/defaulted?
