Installation
*IMPORTANT*
In order for these lights to work properly, you
MUST use the carcols.ymt provided. This carcols
adds a new siren setting (14), and the
carvariations sets police4 to use this siren
setting. You may change the (id value="14") line
of the carcols.ymt to any number above 13, but
make sure whatever number it is, you change the
carvariations.meta to match.
    - Find your latest patchday in (mods)/update
      /x64/dlcpacks/patchday#ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels
      /gta5/vehicles.rpf and put the police4.yft, 
      police4_hi.yft and police4.ytd into that
      RPF
      
    - Find (mods)/update/update.rpf/x64/data
      and replace the carcols.ymt with the one
      included
    
    - Find (mods)/update/x64/dlcpacks/mpluxe2/
      dlc.rpf/common/data and replace the

2013 Dodge Charger - Los Angeles Police Department made by Scuderio

Information about the car and the progress:
The base model was converted and slightly edited by CodeX, because some parts didn't fit to a LAPD charger I changed them.
I began with the interior, where I made the computer screen and the textures for it while Solo was working on the Arjent.
After that I put the rambar on it which I already used on my old "LAPD" charger.
With the time I got many parts like the Charger Police Radio with intigrated siren controler, the Coban dashcam and many more parts.
This project here intoduced me into the world of modeling, and the first parts I modelt you also can see on the charger like all the antennas,
the keyboard inside of the charger and the complete center console.
The charger is not finished at the moment so updates will follow. The following things are inaccurate: The microlights in the front (used to Micropulses and not Code 3 ones),
the trunk (has no equip at the moment), the backseats used to be foam in real life ,the partition is a little different and the center console is not that accurate.
So these things will be changed in the future.

You need "Music Radio Enabled for Police Vehicles" by ZiPPO RAID, to use this mod!

Installation:
1. Download "Music Radio Enabled for Police Vehicles" by ZiPPO RAID
2. Install ScripthookV and ScripthookVdotNet and put the file from ZiPPO RAID's mod in the scripts folder in your GTA 5 directory
3. Go to your documents folder > Rockstargames > GTA V > User Music and place all the files from the Files folder in it
4. Launch GTA V
5. Go to your settings > Audio and find the Radiostation: "Selfradio"
6. select Self Radio Mode: "Random"
7. scan for music
8. Select Self Radio in the Radio wheel 
9. Enjoy :)
Use radio mode "Random" or it will be like a normal radio!

This is a little RPH command line tool I put together to utilize the new ELS-like features in RPH 0.47 that allow dynamic modifications of a vehicle's siren settings. Basically, you can modify the sequence, speed, direction, etc. of any siren on any vehicle, can apply any siren audio to any vehicle, etc. I've also added some commands to quickly enable you to enable only one siren at a time, or to cycle through all of the sirens with only one on at a time, to help you focus in on one part of your vehicle without distraction, or to see which sirens are where on a vehicle. 
Requires RPH 0.47+ and knowledge of carcols editing. This is a very very quick and simple plugin, designed to help out with testing new carcols settings. It's not meant for general use as an ELS type plugin. I will not be providing any support for it. It's simply here for you to use if you might find it useful or interesting. 
Due to a bug in RPH 0.47, it's not currently possible to clone and edit added sirensettings (e.g. siren settings above 13). You will need to use one of the default sirensettings slots to edit your patterns. 
The commands should be fairly self-explanatory if you're familiar with carcols editing. Just type "help" into the RPH console to see all the commands (Press F4 to open the console).

Federal Signal Smart Siren SS2000SM by Gravelroadcop 12/23/2017   At the time of releasing this, this is the highest quality of the Federal Signal Smart Siren 22000SM available to the community. The purity of the tones wouldn't be available if it wasn't for @nertervern, who recorded the tones using his own personal SS2000SM and professional audio recording tools. He donated the sirens to me and I was able to cut & edit them for Grand Theft Auto V.    About this modification :   Purest sound quality of all available Federal Signal Smart Siren mods in the LSPDFR community. Please note that the sirens will not sound 'natural.' If you want the sirens to sound like they are post-processed from the siren speaker, then extract the siren tones from the "natural" folder. Available tones : Wail, Yelp, Priority, Ambulance and Air-horn.     
 
To apply this siren to any other emergency vehicle slots, you will need to refer to an attached notepad file entitled " List ( READ THIS ! )." Inside the note will contain a list of siren hashtags that you can use to rename preexisting tones to a different slot.   Installation :   Before starting, always make sure to create backups before overwriting any original game files. To prevent this from happening, use the "mod" folder method through OpenIV.   - Somewhere on your desktop, create a new folder ( or refer to your modded siren folder that contains the vehicle.oac.) Name it anything.   - Open 'OpenIV'   - In 'OpenIV', go to the 'x64' folder, then audio > sfx > resident.rpf ( Make sure you are using the "mod" folder method.)   - Inside Resident.rpf should be 16 .awc files.   - Click Edit   - Right click on vehicles.awc and export to openformats somewhere on your desktop. ( If you already have a siren mod installed, just use the vehicle folder it came with.)   - Drag all the SS2000 siren tones inside the vehicles folder that you just created.   - Go back to OpenIV, go to the 'x64' folder, then audio > sfx > resident.rpf   - CLICK EDIT - NEW - Import OpenFormats   - Navigate to the folder you put the 'vehicles' folder and the 'vehicles.oac' into, and select the modded 'Vehicles.oac'. This is a Light bar that I made from a Justice and a lot of Talons (I think there's around 36 lights all up), I took me about 10 hours to make, test , map lights, and alter the placement of the lights
