Metro Los Santos Transit Police (Vancouver Based) Hey everyone, this pack has been massively overhauled and even for me has been tiring. This pack now includes skins for new base models and some fully new skins along with getting rid of some obsolete skins. This is as always going to be updated "regularly" with updated textures and new models that fit with this pack. This is as always the simple install of finding the .ytd folder of the vehicle you want to use then importing all the skins then save. Los Santos Police Department (VPD Based) Welp, this is like it says, version 2! This whole pack has been redone and updated and tweaked. This means some vehicles were dropped and some were added. This pack is based off the VPD and hopefully gives you that nice look and feel.
