RobertTM reacted to kilroy95 for a file, [ELS] 2004 Los Santos Police CVPI PackSo I finally decided to get into making vehicles instead of just textures. This is my second car I have made so far and my first public release. If you have any feedback please let me know!
I wanted to do a simple pack to start off but something that isn't that common either. The car is loosely based off of Anderson Police Department in South Carolina.
The cars feature an Whelen Edge 9000 which is all blue with two whites in the front and two amber in the rear. The rambar is also extra_11 so you can toggle it on or off.
I hope you guys enjoy!
Please leave a review or comment!
Included:
2 CVPI's, one with hubcaps and one with steelies.
All the installation information is located in the ReadMe in the download.
Known Bugs:
Takedown lights wouldn't work so they are disabled.
Rear amber lights may get dirty after driving a while, just wash the car and it'll go back to normal.
-If there are any other issues please comment or message me and I will try to correct them.
Disclaimer:
Do not redistribute
Do not rip or edit the vehicles at all (except textures)
If you make a texture pack please link back to the vehicle.

RobertTM reacted to Jacobmaate for a file, FIB Police (FIBP) Pack [Add-On | Lore Friendly | Soundbank | Template]FIB Police Pack v3.0 by Jacobmaate et al.
This mod aims to introduce a new federal law-enforcement agency to GTA V: The Federal Investigation Bureau Police.
This pack is essentially a lore-friendly version of the real FBI Police, with a selection of vehicles and equipment based on their real life counterparts. I hope that this pack can be enjoyed and appreciated by everyone, even if you're not specifically a fan of the FIB Police concept, hopefully you can see from this pack that lore-friendly mods can still be highly detailed, and at times even closely follow their real life counterparts and yet still be unique.
As of version 3.0, the spawn codes for the vehicles included are:
• FIBP - Stanier
• FIBP1A - Stanier (Supervisor)
• FIBP2 - Buffalo A/C
• FIBP3 - Torrence
• FIBP4 - Alamo
• FIBP42 - Alamo (K-9)
• FIBP5 - Granger
• FIBP6 - Scout
• FIBP62 - Scout (K-9)
• FIBP7 - Rumpo
• FIBP8 - Pigeon Patrol
---- Features ----
• LODs
• Dirt mapping
• Breakable glass and glass shards
• Liveries (templates included)
• Custom sirensettings/flashpatterns
• Custom soundbanks
• Custom handling
• Custom lore-style lightbars and equipment
• Optional LSPDFR Integration files
---- Change Log ----
v3.0 (March 06, 2020):
A complete overhaul of the modification: Pretty much as if this was a brand new mod - everything has been redone from scratch. This was done to give the mod a fresh feel, and to ensure that it wasn't bound by its previous version and also making sure that all content was up-to-date. FIBPv2, at its time of release, was regarded by many as the most detailed lore-friendly pack around. One year on, I wanted to make sure it remained that way, so hopefully this update is something that exceeds your expectations 🙂
• Reworked all FIB and FIB Police assets
• Updated designs: New fonts, colours and logos etc (closer to FBI Police design)
• Updated sirensettings/flashpatterns
• Created new lore-style lightbar and lighting equipment for all vehicles
• Updated base Vehicle models and interior equipment
• Given Explosives K-9 Vehicles their own slots with K-9 package equipment
• Added glass shards to all vehicles
• Added Optional LSPDFR Integration files: Custom duty station, ambient spawning/patrols, backup options etc.
• Updated custom handling
• Added custom soundbanks: New engine noises/swapped 'police' sirens for 'federal' sirens (as per Discord poll)
• Added lighting variations for some vehicles
• Updated U.S. government federal license plates
and more...
v2.0 (February 06, 2019):
• Added 6 more vehicles: Scout (Replacing Gresely), unmarked Torrence, Caddy, Sovereign, Sandking and Alamo
• Fixed a variety of issues: liveries, LODs, lightbar sizes etc.
• Updated sirensettings/flashpatterns
and more...
v1.0 (October 06, 2018):
Initial release
---- Installation ----
Please see the included readme.txt file inside the archive for installation instructions
Installation instructions for the optional LSPDFR Integration files are included inside the "Optional Files" subfolder inside the archive.
---- Requirements ----
OpenIV - Required to install these files to your game
Custom Gameconfig - Required to support multiple addon vehicles, otherwise your game may crash
If you wish to install the optional LSPDFR Integration files, then you'll also need to make sure you've installed the following requirements:
LSPDFR v0.4 (or above) - LSPDFR v0.4 or above is required for the optional LSPDFR Integration files - older versions not supported.
LSPDFR EUP Configurations - EUP LSPDFR Configs are needed otherwise FIBP uniforms will not work, and you'll have missing files you'll need to edit.
---- Credits ----

RobertTM reacted to thegreathah for a file, Los Santos Police Mini-Pack (SAPD)A Police Pack based loosely on the St. Augustine Police Department
Features:
Full 360 degree lighting Realistic lighting similar to the lighting used by the SAPD Full 3-stage lighting effects on all lightbar-mounted vehicles. Semi- detailed interior including realistic equipment Stored service weapons
It is highly recommended that you use @GravelRoadCop's Whelen sirens with this modification.
Known Bugs
Glass on some vehicles doesn't break. This is a combination of the limited time I have to go through every detail and zmodeler 3 not being cooperative. Some LODs are probably screwed up. Somewhere. Somehow. If it doesn't impact game play all that much, I probably won't go through great lengths to fix it Sometimes R* editor likes to annoy its users with bugs in discoloration or weird physical issues with models. I apologize for this in advance. R* editor is annoying... Probably a load of other stuff I missed or forgot, but as long as the cars are still enjoyable.
Disclaimer: These cars are EXTREMELY high poly, and may not be optimal for use on all gaming platforms (Basically, if you are running a potato hooked to a monitor, don't expect solid 60fps game play with these vehicles).
Disclaimer: Do not attempt to "crack" this vehicle model. Do not attempt to contact me through the PM system on lcpdfr.com for unlocked models, or other requests. The PM system should be used for moderation and for credit issues.
Thank you for downloading, make sure to read the included documents before using the "forums" section of lcpdfr.com or commenting/reviewing based on your problems. Any credit or permission issues should be handled privately and not in the comments or in the reviews.
I encourage constructive feedback, but immature, childish, and baseless criticism will be taken with a grain of salt.
Enjoy,
Hunter

RobertTM reacted to kilroy95 for a file, Los Santos Police Texture Pack (North Myrtle Beach, SC)I have finally done a pack on North Myrtle Beach Public Safety. Having been around this department for most of my life means I enjoyed doing this pack a lot. NMB has a odd usage of red/blue lights but with all blues for motorcycles and HEAT. I tried to include as many textures as possible, which include patrol, supervisors, K9, and HEAT. I included every vehicle (that is released) that NMB uses. CVPI's, 2010 Charger, Chevy Express van, Caprice, Harley Electraglide, and an 2016 FPIU.
If anyone has any requests or changes please feel free to comment bellow.
If you are kind enough to donate, I would like to say thank you!
Please leave a review!
*I recommend using red/blue lights with this pack and blue with HEAT.
I hope you guys enjoy! 😄

This file includes both version of the integrity, 44, and 51 Inch Version. 44 inches are meant for cars like chargers, vic, etc. The 51 inch versions are meant for Explorers, Tahoes, etc.
If these sorta don't fit properly DO NOT scale them down, they are properly scaled, just move the feet on the bottom to fit the sides of the car, this is what they do irl, so please do that for realism purposes. Thanks
Has all 4 LODs already, so all you need to do to it is position, and make your pattern, and any other edits you feel necessary
As always I could care less what you do with this, what game you use it in, just credit me properly is all I ask
Big thanks to @FRGamer for the last minute screenshots. @t0y For nothing, he just wanted to get tagged @Peralta For the textures. And last but not least @OfficerFive0 For the reference pictures of the mounts, etc
