Slendis reacted to DcK for a gallery image, New year brings new thingsHAPPY NEW YEAR
FROM MYSELF AND THE D-TOWN PRODUCTIONS CREW
2018 Update:
So with the new year, comes a lot of new projects. Many of which are completely new and being started for the first time, some are being revisited and finalized for release. With this updated I wanted to give out some information regarding models that I have featured in this album.
First off, many people have sent me messages regarding the Pierce models that I have featured in my gallery. To everyone! They are HUGE wip, there is a lot of testing and fixes that go into making a model from scratch like that, so please be patient while it all gets worked on.
There are a lot of cool things coming in the next coming weeks, and months. I plan on releasing updates to the ambulances I have out, releasing more versions, and making other cool models for the community.
Sit back and come along for the ride. It will be worth it all

Slendis reacted to Jedahdiah for a gallery image, Retro '90sKickin' off the new year by sending it back to the 90's.
Just a little something I put together in my spare time. I'm thinking of a pack or two of these. Maybe do a 90s pack with a few different light bar versions, and an 80's pack.
Comes equiped with a white takedown, red steady burn, and of course, rotors.
And I know the 'police' on the front bonnet is askew. It's fixed now.

Slendis reacted to TrentMU for a gallery image, poptartboptartWell, Duks skin finally got to me and I made my own, not-as-good version of it for myself. Actually does look pretty nice and was a little challenging going off 1 picture in the dark almost.

Slendis reacted to DukSezQuak for a gallery image, Retiree and ReplacementIn light of the recent news that the LSPD would be 're-dressing' their fleet - news came to us that an old cruiser, and, in fact, the last Crown Victoria in the Los Santos fleet was being retired in Vinewood district.
Coincidentally enough, the unit number is '911.'
"The cruiser actually used to be assigned to the Vespucci district, but once they started to be outfitted with more SUVs for the beaches, we ended up getting their surplus fleet until the new fleet was going to be put in effect." Commander Simor Clifforis of the Vinewood District.
The cruiser is officially retired since this article, marking the end of a policing era in Los Santos. The notorious Crown Victoria will no longer be patrolling our streets - being replaced with the Dodge Charger and the Chevrolet Tahoe.

I've spend a lot of time recently on this vehicle. I couldn't find a decent bedcab for the Silverado, so I created one... It's not the best, nor is it the cleanest, but it does the job.
I'm very pleased with how this vehicle turned out, featuring two of my light bars, the custom Excalibur and the custom Excalibur mini. Hope you guys will enjoy it, as rough as it is.

Slendis reacted to DukSezQuak for a gallery image, The LineupWhen the Chief of Police called us, and asked us to join him and City Councillors down at the police headquarters to see ‘the lineup,’ we sure were confused. This lineup was like no other, though. It wasn’t like in the movies when they bring a bunch of crooks into a room, line them up and have you pick out the ‘bad man.’
Instead, the lineup we were shown was of four ‘demo’ units that were dropped off at the HQ building earlier this week. In one of our previous articles, we noted the City Councils decision to upgrade the graphics on the police fleet. The Council closed a deal with a local graphics design company, and, they finally achieved the final results.
“We really loved the initial design that was brought to us, but, our officers really wanted a ‘personal touch,’ if you will” said City Police Chief Mark Anoda.
In each of the cities four districts, Vespucci, Davis, Downtown, and Vinewood – each district will have a unique graphic for their cars, while maintaining the uniform look across the city.
“We wanted to pick out unique characteristics from each area of the city, and incorporate it into the vehicles design, without taking away from the uniform look.” Chief Anoda says.
With the sleek look, the unique appearance, and the thumbs up from Council, the new fleet is expected to start hitting the streets in January of 2018. A total of 150 new police vehicles has been approved for 2018.
With the Los Santos Chronicles, I’m Chance Yusi.

Slendis reacted to medic4523 for a gallery image, Squad Update:Figuring out how to add TO a model, rather than settling for the minimum is what has delayed this pack. But, as you can see in this photo and video, I think the features are worth the delay. I hope you all agree.

Slendis reacted to DukSezQuak for a gallery image, RedressingThe City of Los Santos Council has passed a motion to redesign the existing police fleet. After council was presented with various quotes from various design companies, they chose three designs to send to the police department members for them to make the choice on which design they liked the most.
"The idea was to give the members the voice - they're the ones using these vehicles, they're the ones who knows whats best for not only them, but our communities." said Mayor Ivan Ofulitch.
The police officers decided on this design, and a final quote is in the works to be obtained for the first quarter of 2018 to phase in a total of 100 new cruisers on the streets.

Slendis reacted to Jedahdiah for a gallery image, Broad Daylight'Los Santos Police Service (LSPS) arrested a male suspected of trying to escape the country via LSIA. Suspect was seen bolting for a Taxi as officers arrived, and was stopped and detained. He matched the description of the APB and was arrested for further questioning. He car was also seized and searched in a nearby parking lot.'
I changed my decision on adding a '13 FPIU and went with the newly release '16 FPIU.
Probably won't post anymore screens on here until the pack is near completion, you know... suspense...
