    If you are having an issue trying to get this to load as well. Make sure you place "NativeUI.dll" in the scripts folder along with "EMS_Mod.dll" and "EMS Mod.ini". Once you do this, the mod should load just fine assuming you have everything updated and in the right location. Once I moved "nativeUI.dll", it loaded just fine.

    This can be cause mainly by you not being behind the car just right and the script doesn't think you are "pulling them over", or the person is trying to flee. I have had it happen to me where I don't stop just right behind the car, and by time I get out of the car, they are gone and the traffic stop ends.
