Go into your Ragepluginhook settings and increase the PluginTresholdTime to 60000. Report if the problem is solved.

Go to mods > update > update.rpf > x64 > data. That is the right location.

Did you install ScriptHookVDotNet?

When i used fivem and lspdfr, i had no problems. But that is not a guarantee

I recommend: TrafficPolicer, StopThePed, UltimateBackup, CompuLite, UnitedCallouts, SuperCallouts, PoliceSmartRadio.

Where's the error? The callout tells you if you are finished with the investigation of the suspect than press "END". That ends the call
