First of all why do you have your ragepluginhook.ini inside of your plugins folder? Second please upload your ragepluginhook.log here ;).

As @Matteov2.0 said, first update your ragepluginhook to the latest version (1.48) after that go into your ragepluginhook settings and set the PluginTresholdTime to 60000. Please tell us if that works 🙂

You still have to update your .Net Framework. The problem, you have windows 8 and windows 8 doesn't support the newest .Net Framework. You have to upgrade to windows 10, moreover windows 8 is a broken operating system.

So you have Windows 10 Home. This version can install the .Net Framework 4.8. Try to uninstall your current .Net Framework and then install the 4.8.

Please first remove ComputerPlus it seems that ComputerPlus doesn't work anymore. Your log shows that a vehicle model is invalid but It doesn't tell which model. Also it can't find the Stealth.Common.dll. Did you install it properly ?

First update your ragepluginhook to 1.78 🙂 After that check if the problem persists.

Just delete the folder and create a new folder named mods.

Your game crashes due to not properly installed mods I guess. Make a clean reinstall of your mods folder and try after each mod 🙂
