I think you are right, I have the car open in Zmodeler. Now I need to figure out how to change the colors. I have found the siren objects in Zmodeler #1-7 which I assume are the lights. I can't figure out how to change the colors though.

Does anyone know how to change the light colors of the non els vapid cruiser "lightbar" that comes with the game? Thanks!

Those have the red lights from GTA IV, not the red and blue lightbar that's in the GTA V trailer, different texture. If someone could make it that would be awesome!

Thanks, I'll check that out. The other thing I dislike about FRAPS is the files are in this weird WMV format that's rather glitchy. That's a good idea but it takes a long time to upload such videos.

How do people on YouTube make videos of them playing LCPDFR that are sometimes an hour long and in HD? When I use FRAPS, the file is already like 2GB after 2 minutes. What is the secret? Thanks

Out of curiosity, can any of you people drive somewhere in Liberty City without using the in-game GPS? For example, if I said drive from the Airport to the Driving Range in Algonquin without GPS could you do it?
