with the ps4 and new xbox this year it stands to prove that pc is better(the new consoles are just pc's anyway) i could have spent 60 bucks on cod mw3 for my 360 but i got it for pc for less and its much better with mouse and keyboard 80% of all my console games i want to play i have on pc with the exceptions of halo wwe 13 and some others keep a console for those rare games halo ect.. otherwise pc for the rest

u can add cars to game but windows 8 wont be a issue when u do that

26 ant bad if its steady u wont notice a diff in that or say 30 fps anyway for a laptop sound good. mine runs max settings at 28 ish if i run shadows its bad otherwise its good i got amd a6 2.70 i think dual core and win 7 4gb ram AMD Radeon HD 7520G 512 card edit and many mods with 600 mb car file

i can tell u dont run shadows my gut says u need a better rig good job on the videos though
