About How Can u add Cars to LSPDFR LSPDFR is Just a mod which u can play it but the mod doesn't add any cars this is from the game so u can use OPENIV to add Spwans...........ETC

try to use the latest the latest version of OPENIV Because The latest verssion may fix your problem
