A lot of members are using this version of RPH 0.43 is working fine. That's weird?

Do you use modded models in your game like: Vehicles, Radars, Trees.... ?

When you get a callout and those dots appears on the screen, they are staying on the radar. That's alright? Re-install mods, this issue happened with me and i fixed it by re-install them all.

Update uw RAGEHook. If you are affected by this issue, download and downgrade to version 0.42. Maar in uw geval moet u upgraden naar 0.43

To get RAGEHook working you have to install requirements : https://ragepluginhook.net/Requirements.aspx To play other mods including LSPDFR you have to get requirements (install them) then install ScriptHookV. Agree with LukeD cause both are important, to get your trainer work, you will need scripthookV. If you want to get your LSPDFR or any other mods working well, you will need to get RPH.
