I have discovered with both EFLC and GTA IV, whenever I add mods such as an NYPD cruiser or modify the game files with an ENB the game crashes on the very first screen. I am now sure how to counter this, I am using Steam as well. I am not even sure what logs to upload. Can someone help? Tell me what to upload

So I remember on GTA IV, we had a section where people would post the coordinates for their spotlights. This is a place to better the community and reduce the headache of others by putting your spotlight mod cords here for others to use. For example: Impala (_____ Version) X- ____ Y-_____

I recently installed VisualV after using RadianceV, because I wanted to spice up the game. However, after I chose to install it with the "RadianceV Compatibility Option" the lights are back to default V. Do you know of any way to fix this issue?

So I have installed VisualV and RadianceV, and the lighting is extremely dark, and seems of much lower quality. Without VisualV, when I just had RadianceV installed the lights were bright and high quality, now, VisualV has a RadianceV compatibility option but it does not seem to help. Any tips?

Where I live we have foot units and motto units. It's not uncommon to see foot officers running down the street to a call. I was thinking someone should develop foot patrol Callouts. Like leash law violations, disorderly conduct, possible shoplifting. Stuff that can be ran/biked to. What do you guys think?

Agreed, especially now that tear gas and nightsticks are already in the game.

I still occasionally play LCPDFR. However, I can't stand the crashes which is why I mostly stick to V.
