Yeah try what I said before with trying another browser, temporarily disabling your Anti Virus before you download it, using WINRAR or 7ZIP to extract the files. I just tested it and this is what I see in the LSPDFR Folder http://imgur.com/JBTgIpF

When you click automatically fix it doesn't work? If that is the case try temporarily disabling your Anti Virus, redownload it again and see if that file it there. Also, try another browser. Try using WINRAR or 7-ZIP Can you screenshot what the files look like when they are extracted, do it in an empty folder..

That was the only Folder that was missing from Plugins > LSPDFR in that screenshot was the LSPDFR+ Folder Download and run this

Did you read the ReadMe carefully? Did you drag individual files and just overlooked that folder or did you Drag the contents of this download's Grand Theft Auto V folder into your own Grand Theft Auto V folder. Replace/merge all files if prompted. Your missing LSPDFR+ Folder from http://imgur.com/4SGlCw0 Reinstall LSPDFR+ if you have to for that LSPDFR+ Folder

Are you sure you have the correct Plugin? Are you talking about the observation window that shows up during traffic stops? If yes, that is Police Radio. You can disable it in the .ini for that Plugin

Make sure you have the Plugins/LSPDFR/LSPDFR+ folder If you do, post screenshots of your Plugins Folder and your Plugins>LSPDFR Folder please.

TY for this.. I just noticed it today. I was WTF is this crap. I didn't even know what was causing it. I just wanted to go away. Now I know the culprit. Just going to go back to older version as well. EDIT: Just to clarify before anyone gets the wrong picture here. I'm not calling PLD crap, I was referring to the crap with pressing dpad down as I cycle thru Menus where I use dpad down and every time I went down on a Menu the mini map would go BIG small BIG small BIG small Big, you get the picture :) I've also tried to set it to false in the .ini and it did not work.

Did you remember after the most recent GTAV update to go into your Main Folder and copy the updated files back to the mods Folder? I copied the new update.rpf and my update>x64 Folder by to my mods folder and then I reinstalled EUP.

Did you install EUP into a mods Folder or into your Main GTAV Directory?

I may be wrong about this, but don't you need a # in front of the FFFFFFFF ? so its #FFFFFF or you have to many Fs The color code for white I found was #FFFFFF and you have 2 additional Fs I'm not a expert on this.. I just googled it

Personally I could care less about this being added in I was just trying to help the other guy out by looking to see if that option was available and informing him that if he requests something, maybe it would be added in. I just wanted to clarify that I wasn't requesting this..

Yeah I didn't see it in EUP anywhere either, but you never know, if you request something, maybe they will add it in the next version release

This may not exactly be what you want, but its something.. I believe Simple Trainer will allow you to add tattoos on your character. whether or not you can save it to your EUP character save, I honestly don't know, that would be something for the developers or someone with more knowledge to tell you if that would work or not..

no problem bud. I like the Automatic Installers, there is really nothing wrong with them, but my personal preference are the Manual Installations.
