Try this take all the RAM out and put in 1 or 2 sticks at a time until you get to the module it doesn't see, could be bad memory stick. I think there is even software tools you can run to test your memory,, I am old fashioned.. So I will put sticks in until I boot and find the ones with the issues. Make sure you check your BIOS too, to see if the memory isn't being allocated somewhere else.. BIOS good place to see if it recognizes how much memory is installed.

If you have 6 gigs installed and your only seeing 4, you got an issue somewhere.. I have 8 gigs on a 64 bit windows 8 and I see all 8 gigs.. Try reseating all your memory. Also make sure all your memory matches.. Edited: I gave a bad example on RAM and that is why you shouldn't multi-task .brain fart...

Hmm, going to have to test that out myself. I may be showing my age here, but my Commodore 64 does seem to be a bit laggy.

Can you post your RageHook log, it will help to narrow things down.

If you are referring to the length of the name of this Plugin as " Traffic Policer 4.1 (Ambient events, NEW ANPR Callouts, Road Management, Parking Tickets & Traffic Stop Assist -FollowMe, NoSweat, RunTheLight, GiveMeYourKeys-) 4.1 " That is not the name of this Plugin.. It is called "Traffic Policer" with a version number after it, the stuff next to it are features it includes. Notice the parenthesis.?

hmmm, I have not seen that before.. I have had 2 drug callouts and when they drop the evidence, I marked it with 9, chase them, arrest them and go back for the evidence and it's usually right where they dropped it, pick it up and hit 0, goes to court, judge gives decision, transition back to car and everything seems to work..

I am at the point where people think I am part of the development team when they are whispering me.. Heck, I think I have even found some of your old posts on here and used them over there as legitimate solutions to problems..

lmao I forgot I had police ignore player enabled, so I kept calling backup because I could hear the sirens, but never see them show up, I disable it and next thing I know about 20+ cops are showing up.. ahhhh I love LSPDFR

Are you video drivers up to date? I am not sure about whether the problem is windows 10 or not, from your spec list above, it looks like you have a pretty good graphics card and plenty of memory as well. heck all those specs you got look good in my opinion. if you press LControl + T while your car is in front of the person you pulled over, he will follow you to where you want him to park and then Hold T when you are ready for the suspect to stop following. and you can change the config keys if you wish..

nope leave "Herocop custom sounds" where it is, ignore what I said above.. I went back and looked at the install more closely again and it is in the folder where it needs to be... as far has FPS dropping, some plugins can cause FPS to drop for instance you are using Entity Persistence and on the download page it says this "Caution: This plugin is EXPERIMENTAL." followed by This may cause a performance hit on your game, depending how you adjust the settings in the included .ini file. The default settings should provide functionality without impacting performance aside from possible drops of 2-3 frames and more at times. If you get less performance than this, please PM me. Again it could be that plugin or some other.. No way to pin point which one it is other than removing all the mods and adding them in 1 at a time, its a slow process because you are going to have to add in 1, play lspdfr, wait for crash, if no crash exit, add in another play lspdfr, wait for crash, if no crash exit.. etc...

Hey I see you have Hero Cop installed, but I don't see this file anywhere "HEROCOP_CUSTOM_SOUNDS" it says this should be in your main GTAV directory. unless I am just missing it. In the past few ragehook releases, I have not been successful in reloading lspdfr in the console, when it crashes.. usually I end up just restarting the game. Have you tried to launch LSPDFR and play without any mods? I would do that and add in 1 mod in at a time and play until you get the one that causes you to crash. or do what Albo1125 suggested before "Can you try with only my mods installed"
