  1. He has another post below this one.. Makes me think he accidentally posted in the wrong forum.. The title of that post reads "How do I install custom siren and lighting for LCPDFR GTA 4"
  2. uh I don't think ELS has been released for GTAV yet, I believe it's still in development. You sure you didn't download the one for GTAIV?
  3. good enough for me, thanks for the info. Thanks for taking this into consideration. I always thought that would be cool to go along with the writing animation with the pen/notepad the officer takes out, to have the paper torn off and given to the ped or placed on the windshield/window of the car.. gives it more realism.. anyways, thanks for this awesome Plugin, can't wait to see how far you take this..
  4. Would it be possible when writing a citation for a vehicle to attach a piece of paper to the window or windshield? would seem more realistic.. Not a game breaker, just a question of if its possible. I may have missed this, but any plans to add in Call Fire Department? Thanks
  5. @alexguirre If you need some testers for any future planned added features of anything you develop. Let me know, currently doing some testing on a new callout in Federal Callouts. I love testing stuff, so just let me know.. Keeping my eyes peeled for anything new you release...
  6. and we go back another day! damn!
  7. Thanks Kilyin, I will try that out I will make several copies with varying increments on the outside first and then bring it back one at a time testing each one until I find the best one and rebuild.? I always rebuild, not sure if its a must..but I do it anyways.
  8. Thanks for the update GravelRoadCop! Despite my hope that this would have been released sooner than later. I will say I am extremely happy that you guys are still working on this and that is better news than hearing you guys say we are abandoning this.. So keep up the great work!
  9. Make sure you didn't place the Traffic Policer Audio Folder into the \Plugins\LSPDFR Folder .. it should have been placed in \Grand Theft Auto V\LSPDFR\Police Scanner Folder ..
  10. lol what if for every time someone asked about the release date, they pushed it back a day.
  11. I've had the Potential Drug Deal ... I really enjoyed that as well.. I started to think oh hey wouldn't it be nice to have a drug or prostitution sting.. and then I saw on your page under Planned Callouts: Sting operations ... hehe damn you are on top of it.. Then I said wouldn't it be nice to have a bank robbery: hehe and you don't disappoint, once again under Planned Callouts: Bank robbery investigation It's like you read minds. A Gang Task Force Callout would be neat or something relating to gangs..
  12. I agree. Most of the time cops are not hanging around prisons in reality. They have guards, but even with armed guards on the perimeter in the real world, prisoners still manage to escape.. Personally I wouldn't mid seeing a prison break with multiple escapees who are armed because they took a guards weapon... I've had about 3 prison escape callouts and it didn't take as long as I thought it would to catch up to the suspect.. In fact, yesterday the escapee came in my direction on the same road...
  13. oh boy! Well the answer to all of your dreams will be found below.
  14. nah man it's okay I'll live..
  15. Yeah I reinstalled it 2 times just in case.. its strange because in the video it sounds perfectly loud and normal... When the game is on the loading screen, its not as loud.. I'm going to keep at this... maybe I can find a tutorial on creating my own.. Thanks for the advice anyways.
  16. Something tells me someone will come along and I will have to point them to that message above.. Bookmarking it now, because I know it's coming.. Kind of like the failure to Read the ReadMe Files, no matter how many different ways are added to remind people to do so
  17. Did you read the Readme&Installation file carefully? it says Arrest Manager.dll and Arrest Manager.ini and Albo1125.Common.dll go into the /Plugins/LSPDFR Folder, not the Plugins Folder where you currently have it. You have to put those files into that LSPDFR Folder sitting in the Plugins Folder. and RAGENativeUI.dll goes into your GTA V main folder. Also, The Arrest Manager Audio Folder is placed within GTA V/LSPDFR/Police Scanner ....The LSPDFR Folder sitting in the main GTAV Directory, not to be confused with the one in the Plugins Folder..
  18. Well it sounds perfectly good on the YouTube video on that page, but it doesn't sound that loud when added into x64/audio/sfx/PROLOGUE.rpf ...during the loading screen. If I knew how to code, I would just make a new one.. Unless something like that isn't very difficult to code.. I would give it a try..
  19. I honestly don't think so, but you can wait for the official word from Albo1125... The only reason I say no, is the last few lines in the second log says: [04-Nov-15 2:00:28 AM.271] at LSPD_First_Response.ArrestManager.?() [04-Nov-15 2:00:28 AM.271] at LSPD_First_Response.ArrestManager.?() [04-Nov-15 2:00:28 AM.271] at Rage.GameFiber.Main() [04-Nov-15 2:00:28 AM.271] LSPD First Response: ============================== [04-Nov-15 2:00:28 AM.272] LSPD First Response: Looks to me like its LSPDFRs own built in Arrest Manager ..not this Arrest Manager .. I assume the first log is saying the same thing Again, wait for the official response...
I agree 100% with Albo1125s review, " this is one of the best callout plugins available! Definitely one of the must-haves" without a doubt.. Stealth22 not only creates this amazing callout, he is also pretty friendly in my opinion. Often you will see him posting out in the forums helping out people here and there.. and I know he says: "Most of these callouts are "Code 2" calls, meaning, they do NOT require a "Code 3", or "lights and sirens" response" but Sorry Stealth22, I lights and sirens everything! because I like the flashy lights and hearing the sounds of my sirens wailing.
  20. Well, you can always remove the mod, if you feel it's causing you issues..nobody is stopping you.. I'm not having any issues at all.. Just saying..
  21. Currently I am using a Cops Theme Song for my loading screen.. I was wondering if anyone could make a better quality version, it's not as loud as I would like it to be.. as far as I can tell, there isn't a way of turning it up.. I've tried even turning up my speakers..I am using the one from https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/cops-theme-song-on-loading-screen Maybe my wife is right and I am just hard of hearing. Thanks in advance.
wow shame on me for not doing a review long ago.. What can I say, that others haven't said already. Alexguirre is a phenomenal modder. I love this callout, also have his spotlight plugin. Downloaded TrashMaster as well... You won't be disappointed downloading anything he puts out.. He is friendly, helpful, eradicates bugs in his mods.. Can't wait to see what else he comes up with..
