sounds like u have radV installed or some other super redic bright thing lol . try make visuals great . has auto install using openiv and have optionals like no blurr and options for taxis that are too bright

is it decent and could we understand it? because while similar there are alot of differences in the UI

the lightbar is black when i spawn? -
i also want to know .. especially because with a ELS bar my game crashes and when i remove the lightbar it works

hi im new to zmodeler 3 and started the most simple mod .. to add a lightbar to a dev 06 cvpi i can export and add textures to police1 aka police and can spawn in game just fine but when i add a ELS lightbar then export and try to spawn in game it says corrupt data and crashes... any help would be nice as if i cant find how to fix ill just quit trying to learn .. its bad enough that there are no decent english tutorials out

I Deleted that ELS one , due to the fact every ELS car comes with a file for ELS except yours lol which is fine i suppose just odd- 40 comments

Most likely answer , the site is not being ddos but rather the server hosting company or w.e where lcpdfr.com is located on is prob the reason

how can i make an els file for sheriff car , they want it used in police slot but i want it in sheriff so because of this the els does not work

i added it but maybe ill try adding them again , but specificaly what i did was , extract meta and carvar, to my desktop then changed to txt file , added lines saved then drag n droped back into open iv
