yes like red stated , ive noticed this seems to be more about the liveries .. ALL of my packs use 4k skins so takes a heavy toll on system resources , take a look at the stock res of standard in game cars , its pretty freaking low .. too mitigate this issue , I suggest a simple lowering of the skins resolution, ive actually done this with my latest pack the "LSPD Pack" the skins inside of the regular YTD file are 2k, and then i have the "hi ytd" which contains larger skins like the 4k skins this helps gta manage the larger files when drawn from afar .. so a simple editing program in which u can simply change the res of the skin on the fly then replace it in the ytd files should help a hell of alot ...paint.net i think can do this .. its not the end all of solutions but for those with less frame buffer id suggest this.

Well Hello Everyone and anyone who is reading this. Ive come into some hard times recently and cannot continue to model as i have in the past. I will be taking a hiatus for an undetermined amount of time. With that being said, it has nothing to do with the community or anything of that sort. Rather it has alot to do with issues in my real life , a couple of which may be interesting to some. In short I have been placed on short term disability from my job and cannot afford to indulge in pleasures such as modeling. @xTroyvD might be but might also be Vram , im not an expert on computer parts , just general stuff but ya if you have frame drops in areas with alot of textures so say the city vs. the desert , yah i think it explains itself , ram is random access memory , which simply loads and holds things the game needs so yes.

Hey so If some of you are not aware of who i am, my Name is Tickle and or Elmo, im a model creator and gamer and yes indeed i am Canadian. YES im aware i may take slake for this, frankly...meh.. For some years now ive been apart of this community, watching observing and learning. However for the life of me there is some things i still cannot grasp the concept of. Things like how the community and staff relate or communicate say for model makers. Exp: Some creators produce hands down the best work ive seen and have more downloads and higher reviews, yet they are not patted on the back for their goodjob by the staff. [May not seem all that bad] But some new creator releases some work and instantly gets the featured tag, and there will be literally nothing and i mean nothing special or different at that creation versus another. So seemingly there has to be an "In" with someone. So for me and for all the other hard working creators, if sure we all want to know how it works?

Well how much RAM do you have? GTAV is a open world game and besides a good cpu and gpu you need at least 16gbs of RAM for what i like to think is steady frame rates. NO it has NOTHING to do with AMD or Ryzen, i run a Ryzen chip, mind its not the discount bottom shelf cpu and keep in mind intel's bottom shelf cpus will do the same. Mine is mid tier 6 core 12 thread Ryzen and can say the only thing holding my gaming back is my supppppper outdated GPU which happens to be a rebrand of an even older card so yah, but i use a 280x from AMD soo its seen its best years before the rebrand but again ... i doubt highly its your CPU as even with be a low core count all the ryzens have hyper threading so you prob have at least 6 threads.
