Yeah, all EVI's CVPIs have this problem that they are a bit bouncy, & if you try to take a just with it you will see that the car acts like there was less "gravity". Don't really know how to say it, but as Kanyo said you gotta try it.

You could just try & use the lightbar one then & replace the ligthbar textures with blank ones/remove them with OpenIV so it will disappear I think.
