It works all fine for me, make sure you made it right. Anyway it's unlocked by Heisenberg so you can just go there & look for it. -

Nope, the second one raises the amount of memory, while the other one tell how much of it to use, so 120% for example :p

No they are not, one adds a 25% of "fake" memory, while the other one makes sure the game can use all of it. It works better for me.

Why don't you try just this instead of all that stuff: -norestrictions -nomemrestrict -percentvidmem 100 -availablevidmem 1.2

I would rly recommend not to do so, since it's not short compared to the other ingame cars & it's much more better quality than the boxy DSF....
