  1. Linking it isn't allowed on here, but if you closely read my post you would have seen I ended on "with a bit of searching". As such, go and have a little search on google and you'll probably find it.
  2. Still through OpenIV. If you still have it installed, it'll still work, if you don't, you can find a working download for it with a bit of searching.
  3. Development is a bit on the slow side, but it's still being worked on.
  4. Nope, for the same reason as Paleto PD and university police.
  5. There is no .ini file, he's saying you're gonna have to make it all yourself. Rockstar hardcoded the game to only have a limited number of voice indexes, if you want to add more you'll have to make something to override that.
  6. Nope, there's no way to play LSPDFR outside of singleplayer.
  7. Nope, nor do I see it happen due to it being a little on the useless side. As far as I can tell, in California they'll just call in an air unit from the local police/sheriff department if they ever need one, which is what is currently happening in RDE too.
  8. Of course, it would be a bit dense to have deputies driving it.
  9. I'm currently not using the Merit or the bus for any backup/transport things, though the bus will of course spawn at the Paleto Bay sheriff and airport PD stations instead of the regular bus, and getting into them will just start the prisoner transport like it would normally. EDIT: I might still make the Merit spawn as backup unit around the prison for the next release, I think CustomBackup has it as a separate area option.
  10. To add to the above, if that does not fix it, make sure the game is running in windowed or borderless mode, not fullscreen.
  11. Launch OpenIV, hit ctrl+F3, set search area to "Search in game folder only" or "Search everywhere", enter s_f_y_sheriff_01 in the search bar and click "Search".
  12. On and around Vespucci and Del Perro beaches, I believe.
  13. Yeah, that won't work with the new install method.
  14. I'm not completely sure what it is you're trying to say, but we've switched to a new install method for the new version that no longer relies on a DLCfolder. As such, it is highly recommended to use a clean mods folder to prevent issues.
  15. That's a currently unreleased updated version of that car. It'll be in the next RDE update.
  16. Quoting an old post from @LukeD on another topic about his idea: "This has been asked countless number of times, the answer has always been no due to the time commitment and the resources required to make a full game."
  17. A quick search on the forums would have shown you that the account linking system does no longer work, nor has it been working for well over a year. Simply leave open the username and password fields and it'll work.
  18. To quote @Cyan on this: "Never ever. We have absolutely 0% interest in modding consoles." It's not going to happen, no matter how you bring it.
  19. The Rockstar servers are currently a bit fucked, this is probably a result of that.
  20. There will never be a version of RDE for GTA IV. Many of the things you are asking for aren't even possible, or at least not in the way you'd like to see, such as the animations and voices.
  21. That's a bug, it will display that even when you are on 0.3.1.
