  1. That would work, yes, or you can grab them from my post. They're the exact same config files, so pick whichever option you find easier.
  2. It's an issue with OpenIV itself, I doubt running as admin will fix it.
  3. I have no idea what you mean with freemode models. The regular emsunits.xml (with the install path in the name) has RDE's edited base game peds, the _SUP version uses the EUP/SUP GTA Online ped models.
  4. That's just a replacement emsunits.xml that uses EUP peds instead of the regular RDE ones. It'll only work when you have EUP, SUP and the latest version of BetterEMS installed.
  5. Open up OpenIV, click tools at the top then select the package installer, and I think that'll just let you select the OIV file to install.
  6. Or, you can just grab all the configs from my post above.
  7. There is a trainer config included in RDE that has the added vehicles in it. Additionally, you could open up the vehicle archives in OpenIV by going to mods>update>update.rpf>x64>rde OR rdefbi OR rdeemergency >vehicles.rpf EDIT: actually, the list posted a few pages back lists all the vehicles under their model name, which is what you need for spawning them
  8. Please check about a few pages back, there's a list there somewhere. As for everyone having issues with certain configs and xmls not being replaced, attached to this post is a .7z file that has them all in it, taken directly from my source files. Plugin+trainer configs.7z
  9. The kneeling animation is something that was in older versions, and is currently only used for AI arrests. I don't quite know why it's been changed, but it may very well be changed again in the future.
  10. If there is no pursuit for them to join, and you're not arresting anyone near them, they will just do that. They'll only react to pursuits and nearby player arrests.
  11. RDE currently doesn't work with the latest GTA version, so that's probably the cause of your issues.
  12. The current public version of RDE does not work with the Gunrunning update.
  13. Parks technically is just a collaborator, so we occasionally work together on things, and it's only a config that's included, not the mod itself. As for the vehicle list, there is one, but I think that's both terribly outdated and on the internal part of our Google Drive :(
  14. Well, I've got various agencies to use more and different weapons, though as you probably know you can just change that yourself. If you're talking about adding stuff like scopes and flashlight components to it, that's not a thing CustomBackup currently supports so you'll have to ask about that in the CustomBackup topic.
  15. I have no idea, I don't use 3ds max, or make mods.
  16. Because GTA IV is made differently I guess. And probably not, because someone would have done so by now if it was possible. Have you ever considered getting GTA V, instead of trying to turn GTA IV into it?
  17. RPH is not supposed to directly load it, as it is a plugin for LSPDFR, and as such will be loaded by LSPDFR when going on duty.
  18. Unfortunately, I have no idea what you mean. If you're having issues getting help in English, there is a German section that might get you better help: http://www.lcpdfr.com/forums/forum/62-deutsches-forum/
  19. There are descriptions under all the section names, the issue is just that pretty much nobody seems to ever read them Not through the default LSPDFR police station setup stuff, but you can just use a trainer to change into one of the added cop models, spawn one of the addon cars and just do it that way.
  20. GTA San Andreas is probably easier to edit than GTA IV because it's older.
  21. The LSPDFR new version popup is a bug, and as such it can be ignored.
  22. Nope, callout plugins all serve as addons and won't overwrite anything.
  23. Assuming you mean the gunrunning update, RDE does currently not work with it. In fact, even our internal testing build doesn't work with it yet. It's all still being worked on. As such, I have no idea when this'll get sorted and in what way.
  24. Considering they don't add anything useful, there is currently no intention to add them.
