There's nothing much to say here...Er...these are authentic Metropolitan Police roof markings (except for the black outlines on the vehicle identifier shapes, can't fix those, fix them yourself) that, with the help of @Double Doppler's Met Police markings, were created after some faffing and experimentation on GIMP. You can use the textures on wherever you want, just don't claim the whole download as yours, and if you are planning on making a Met car, do some research ahead of it. That's how modders make all these good skins - not from memory, but from research.

This is a pack that includes 10 sets of window bars for various vehicles listed in the first screenshot along with the model year. 
GTA IV Install: Place the "Xright_L0/L1" in the "door_pside_r" hierarchy ABOVE the "window". Next, place the "Xleft _L0/L1" in the "door_dside_r" hierarchy, ABOVE the "window". 
OR: attach the "L0" of the window bar to the respective "L0" on the "door". Same for the "L1".

This is my Lego Car "Blade Runner Spinner". It is only a Fun Car so that it have not all Functions or Parts from the Game. But to have Fun it is cool.

Here is my second upload.
The samples for this siren were pretty low so it's better if you manage to turn up your siren sounds in the General config. I'm not sure Siren Mastery supports independent volumes for the tones yet.
Anyways, as described on the Federal Signal website, this siren is good for unmarked vehicles because of its low profile. It's a much more classic siren compared to the rare Unitrol Omega 90 I released before.

About this file:
Hello, thank you for your interest in this textures pack. This is my very first texture for Grand Theft Auto V. I was looking for real theme inspired NOOSE divisions skins for a Chevrolet Tahoe and a Ford Crown Victoria. Unfortunately I was not able to find those skins for the models I wanted. So I decided to make them.

REQUIRED MODELS:
Thoses files were created on templates of the following vehicles:

INSTALLATION:
Use OpenIV and navigate the .ytd file of the vehicle you're changing. Drag and drop the corresponding png of my liveries to that .ytd file.

Siren Mastery

Siren Mastery is a script modification that allows you to master your siren tones. Toggle to your secondary siren at the press of a key/button, silence your siren using any key/button you like and even control exactly which 'secondary' siren plays! You can be up and running with Siren Mastery within 5 minutes (installation tutorial click HERE).
Requirements - some of these are included (credits go to their appropriate authors):
Albo1125.Common 6.6.4.0 or higher (included) RAGEPluginHook 0.51 or higher (not included) NAudio 1.8.0.0 (included) A legal copy of GTA V (version 1.0.1011.1 or above). There is also a download to free up unneeded controller bindings so they can be used for Siren Mastery. Get it here.

Summary of current features (please check documentation carefully too):
Change the Siren Toggle key/button and assign it an optional modifier key/button. Change the 'lights only' toggle key/button and assign it an optional modifier key/button. This works even if your siren is off so you can control whether your siren should play before turning your lights on. New 'Toggle Secondary Siren' key/button with an optional modifier key/button. This allows you to switch to secondary sirens without having to hold down a key/button. New 'Toggle Bullhorn' key/button with an optional modifier key/button. This allows you to keep sounding your bullhorn without having to hold down a key/button. Works simultaneously with sirens. New 'Next Siren' key/button that cycles to the next siren. Can optionally include the Off state as a cycle stage. Your siren now stays on when you leave your vehicle and you don't mute it. This can be disabled from the GeneralConfig file. Determine the siren tone that should be playing. You are able to select which siren tone to play, including the ability to differentiate between secondary sirens. Additional Siren Modes Dual Siren Mode. Manual Siren Mode. Additional customisable sirens per vehicle model. Allows you to have up to TEN total sirens per vehicle model. Fully Functional and Customisable UI. Feel free to create and release your own custom UI files. The size and position of the UI can be customised via the UIConfig file. Customisable Siren Switching Tones (like Siren Switch Honker). Sirens are fully customisable per vehicle model via an XML file. All keybindings are customisable and fully customisable controller support is included. The vehicles.awc size and length limits are effectively removed while using Siren Mastery, allowing for greater siren variety. British Users: You can now have British Siren Switch/Toggle sounds (in other words, horns!). Simply replace the relevant files in the Plugins/SirenMastery folder with the ones included in Siren Switch Honker's download.

Alfredo Helper is my first script for GTA V ScripthookVDotNet. It allows you to press F7 in game and be given the predefined loadout (a police loadout at this time) as well as give the player full health and ammo. This is helps you get on duty that much quicker. It also will clear the player's current weapon loadout so if you are loading GTA in from a save game it gives you a clean police loadout. This was originally a joke, hence the name, but the functionality should help people nonetheless.

Installation Instructions:
Make sure you have ScriptHookVDotNet
Put Script in GTAV Main Dir/Scripts

Press F7 to be given the following:
Full Health/Full Armor
Full Police Loadout - Nightstick, Flashlight, Fire Extinguisher, Stun Gun, Combat Pistol, Pump Shotgun & Carbine Rifle

Tonight members of LCPDFR. I present to you a DEV Tahoe for you modelers to use. Why did I do this model? Because frankly the original person who made a Tahoe close to this one wasn't really the nicest about me asking to convert his. Well... after that I just decided to find it and convert it myself. Took about a few months before I found it. So I converted it and made it way better than his base because why not? Hell I don't want to keep this model to myself like most. Gauge's are inaccurately calibrated, I expect you could rely on the good ole SNT Speedometer in the upper right like in IV Gauge's are mapped to the taxigen guage texture  Notes:
