Police Merit REQUEST

Hello guys. I wonder if somebody could make a detective version of Merit. Civilian Merit with default rims, tinted windows and a non els blue beacon light on roof, as an extra.  Something like in picture. Thank you and sorry for my bad english

It isn't a non-ELS beacon on the top, but I did quickly make this... (Just the model with the beacon atm, I'll probably add the rest you mentioned later)
