Red Emergency Lights - Discontinued This mod adds red emergency lights for all police vehicles in the game. This is a simple yet fun modification and allows for people to who would like to make skins for states and towns that have only red police lights. This can be used with proper credit on any model or texture, I'm very open to feedback of any kind. Please tell me if there are any bugs, or glitches. _UPDATE- Hey guys, due to the mostly negative response to this one (no one really liked this one compared to my "Blue Police Lights" mod, I'm going to be discontinuing this mod, if you'd like me to continue this, just message me and I'll do it. Includes: Police Bike Police Cruiser (Police) Police Buffalo (Police2) Police Interceptor (Police3) Undercover Police Cruiser (Police4) Park Ranger Granger (Pranger) - it also rhymes :P FIB Buffalo (Fbi) FIB Granger (Fbi2) Police Bike (Policeb) Known Bugs: Corona Appears as a blue, but the light still flashes red (unknown fix, but I'm working on it) Disclaimer: I'm not responsible for your broken game, I will help you if you need help, but I'm not responsible for it. Credit Disclaimer: Don't bother to ask me to create skins or models that use this, feel free to, just as long as you give me credit :)

YESSSSS!!!! I cant wait! Indiana State Police uses Arjent S2s so I cant wait. Hopefully we will be allowed to use this on our own models! With due credits of course XD -

I would recommend changing the name from CVPI to stanier as this is not a CVPI. Even though this is a Rockstar Version of the CVPI its still not as CVPI -

Coming out in an hour or so. Both the red and the blue. Later on I'll be working on modeling some cars to be released in the future, I will also be working on some Indiana State Police skins, and maybe some San Andreas State Police skins based off the real CHP skins. -
Hi guys, my name is Ethan. I'm tired of just taking from this community so I feel like its time to give back to it, in more ways than one. Today I started out with getting accustomed to making small texture changes (changing the LED colors on the Lightbars) but I want to go bigger than that, I want to make an entire pack. I'm going to need quite a few people to help me and to be patient with me as I am new to the creating mods thing. I want to make an Indiana State Police pack, complete with 4 custom modeled vehicles, all with accurate textures. I would then like to go on to make more lore friendly models and such, anyone who voluteers to help me will be given due credit when we finish the pack, but must also agree to the terms of not being greedy/hungry for credit. Thank you for reading -Sorry if I posted this in the wrong forum, I'm not much of a poster on here.

I've been working on making all blue, and all red police lights. I'm still working out the kinks but it should be up for download tommorow! Kudos! I dont plan on including the car files but instead I plan on having all of the template files so that this can be added to any police vehicle in the game (I will include a detailed video on how to install) if you would like me to include the vehicle files then please inform me :)

Unfortunately I cannot get the cornonas to not flash red, but its still better than nothing! I will release the all red version tommorow also. :) Have a nice night! -
Lol funny you should say that, thats what I was just using to mess around with making textures, Im not experienced with it but I'm learning, either way I would like to work with you if you'd like too. I'm working on tinkering around with lights before I get into vehicle textures :) -
Hey nightkid, would you by any chance help learn to use Photoshop to edit things. I eventually want to model some CVPI's Some chargers and some things like that to make a Indiana State Police pack. I need to start with skins first though. :P Thank you.

Yup! Even though I'd love to make some models from Indiana State Police (my state) I've been contacting many modelers/skinners because to tell the truth I'm an idiot when it come to it :)
