I do agree with this. Not to say that the USA, with there extensive military shouldn't help with global efforts, they should help there neighbours. However, I can't help but think, what if the president of Mexico is just putting on a show? he wants to reassure everyone he is a good guy, but he is corrupt? Who knows, I sure hope not. Maybe the pres wanted to do this whole act, arrest Shorty, throw him in prison, then he "mysteriously" escapes. I don't know, just speculation.

That's awful, he is one sneaky criminal. I'm from Canada, and I guess youcould say it is average. It depends on the area. There are many immigrant gangs in the cities, that an be quite notorious. Of course we have police as well. Our police structure is somewhat different to America's though. first, there are the provincial sheriffs. Then the RCMP (Royal Canadian Mounted Police) which have detachments in the more rural communities (Or any community that does not have there own police force.) Then the bigger cities have there own police department. Also, in Canada, we have CSIS (Canadian Security Intelligence Service) which is kinda like the CIA. And the Border people. Apparently he opened a trap door? That escape must have been aided by prison officials.

Well that is your opinion. But how can we absolutely trust those people? From my understanding it is pretty easy to get such a license (correct me if I'm wrong), so anyone could go in, and legally carry a gun around? I guess we will have to agree to disagree. In canada though, I am quite happy with our current laws.

Yes it will be. I think that's why they are having so much trouble. Basically, rockstar, in nn attempt to stop online modders, created a bunch of dummy code so that it is hard for scripthooks to access the native functions. The reason (I assume) for the vanilla performance issues is probably the same thing. But I'm not an expert.

Well, I really enjoy modding, however, I am not the greatest when it comes to ideas. Once I have an idea, I can go wild and create it, but I need your help. Please give me any suggestions for a mod, police related or not. I am looking more at script mods, not textures, as I'm not a very good artist lol. Thanks! Any suggestion, big or small is welcome!

Now, I can't speak for American's, (I am Canadian) but I honestly don't understand this. America is flooded with assault rifles and other illegal weapons, some in the hands of perfectly normal people, and some in the hands of criminals. So, yea, let's take away armoured vehicles from the police so they can get shot up, and remove heavier weaponry and equipment. That doesn't make any sense to me. IMO, police should be decently armed (enough to take on armed suspects), especially in America. if the gun violence rate went down and the known amount of guns went down, then maybe LEOs wouldn't NEED as much, but now I think they do. I think America needs laws and better enforced SOPs, not taking away firepower. For example, if there was a peaceful protest, in which people were chanting, and weren't obstructing justice/the peace, they should be left alone. If it escalates to throwing things, damaging property, or persons, then riot control should deal with the situation. not necessarily armoured vehicles and people carrying M4s, but people with those shields. if shots are fired, regardless of what they were fired at, then armoured vehicles and SWAT (Or the equivalent in that city) should be utilized. I would ont want to be sitting in a Crown Vic with someone shooting a 9mm at me. Now, I, personally am right in between the whole pro-anti gun laws. I think people should have guns, for use for target practice and hunting, but they should not be allowed to be concealed. In Canada, you can get your Un-restricted gun license, and your restricted gun license. You un-restricted gun license allows you to have hunting rifles, shotguns, the basic stuff. But the restricted license 9Which is decently hard to get) allows you to buy handguns and other guns. Some guns you have to go through a VERY complicated process to purchase. Now I don't know American laws and legal stuff that great so please do correct me if anything I said is incorrect.
