lol it looks like a beta since it pops up on the car but ill be damned, someone made one. This should be considered to the devs to see what they think! thanks for the link and video btw, that is good proof that it possibly ( MAYBE ) can be made! tell the devs/admin's that, this has already been runned down B4. btw show me a link, I have never ever seen a mod like that for gtaIV. and I'm sure its alot harder than you think to assign that mod to connect with lcpdfr to send the commands to spawn a tow truck and have it actually pickup a car.

If you dont like Dsound, reinstall lcpdfr and when it says would you like to install '' C++ Script Hook, .Net Script Hook, LCPD First Responder, Advanced Hook, dsound asi loader, xliveless ASI loader '' Click them all except Dsound. It will install the other asi loader instead of the dsound one.

Theres NO way that tow trucks would be able to be put in gta iv because they were never put in it, same thing about the dogs... All they could do is make the screen dim back, the it would dissapear.

that stupid thing and its errors, . anyways if it did that then that means you have all the stuff needed for it to work. Have you gone on duty in game, then just tried reloading ur scripts?

I believe ur using the Icenhancerr mod right? are you supposed to only use patch 4.0? or can you use 7.0?

try downgrading to another version and see if it is fixed, have you tried the diognostics thing?

Isnt GFWL supposed to come with ur gta? or I suppose you tried torrenting it right?

If they would only keep it in cut sceens why didnt they do that for any other gta's? I would think they would keep it in if its in the trailer.@ kusyamka funny fail

I have heard that ELS v.7 may be coming out sometime. ( rumor ) but it would be cool to have new features and have that bug fixed.
