    EDIT: I have solved the issue! I haven't played GTAV in awhile and I know the game recently updated, so I moved the new Update.rpf to the Mods folder and updated Realism Dispatch Enhanced. I was going to go and replace all of the vehicle slots with new cars, but when I start the game it crashes. I have not had this problem in previous updates. Any help would be much appreciated.     Whenever I try to extract the .ZIP I get an error for the task_diff_002_a_uni.png and task_normal_002.png saying that the files cannot be read because they are locked.
