The Sho-Me siren is a less popular siren, but is still a very good one in my opinion. The tones that I included are the Wail, Yelp, Phaser, Hi-Lo, Warble, Whoop, and a Grover Airhorn. There is also an option for an electronic airhorn if you would rather have that.

This is my second siren i have made for SirenMastery. This is the SmartSiren SS2000SM. After a couple hours of working to make sure there arent any choppy parts, i have finally completed it. Hope you enjoy!
 
 

As the Powercall is one of my favorites, this siren mod is a mix of both the Powercall DX5200, and the 6-Adam. The tones that it includes are the Wail, Yelp, Phaser, Hi-Lo, Intersection, Powercall (2 Variations), Powerplus, 6-Adam, and a Grover airhorn. There is also an option for an electronic airhorn if you would rather have that.

Callout Manager gives you the ability to select LSPDFR-compatible callouts individually.
 
Please note that this plugin scans through each callout plugin installed and finds any and all callouts in that plugin. Some callout authors may have left callouts that aren't intended to be triggered in their code. Thus, you may encounter some weird callout names or callouts that don't trigger at all.
 
Also note that this mod uses a part of LSPDFR that isn't intended to be used. The LSPDFR developers can update their modification at any time and effectively patch the method used, rendering this plugin obsolete.
 
Installation
Place CalloutManager.dll and CalloutManager.ini in /Plugins/LSPDFR/.
Then while on duty, press F12 on your keyboard or RB and the Left DPad button on your controller.
These toggles can be changed in the CalloutManager.ini.
 
FAQ
Q: There is only one default LSPDFR callout. What's up with that?
A: LSPDFR defines every callout as a "Robbery" which is the only thing that will show up in the Callout Manager. When this callout is triggered in Callout Manager, it will randomly trigger one of the three default callouts LSPDFR has to offer.
 
Q: Does this work for ____ callout plugin?
A: Yes. This plugin will fetch the callouts from every callout plugin installed.

This is a Federal Signal AS 320 Siren used by the Hungarian Police, as far as I know. 
I haven't found a single mod for it, so I've decided to make one myself. 
I have ripped the sounds from the following video:

Copy all the files to \Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V\plugins\SirenMastery\ 

Requires SirenMastery to work! 
Feel free to adjust the volumes in the .xml file provided if the levels are too low for you.

There is still a little clicky noise waiting for fix with the horn, but otherwise it is absolutely fine for me.

After R* messed the lights up, thegreathah released his mod called Bright Lights. After a while BxBugs123 updated his RadianceV mod (which is known to have "OH MY GOD MY EYES GIMME SUNGLASSES RIGHT NOW!" effect). And guess what? They both burned my eyes off as intended. Bright Lights, as thegreathah stated, is just bright without any realism or something. So I decided to share my own tweak based on Bright Lights.
 
So what's changed? Almost all lights were dimmed a bit to be less annoying. Coronas' size was reverted back to vanilla (I think vanilla is just fine). I guess I found sweet spot with those changes, so I hope you like it.
 
INSTALLATION:
Just put the file into update.rpf/common/data. Be sure to use "mods" folder and\or make backups.

Credits go to thegreathah. You probably may edit and distribute this, just credit me (optionally) and thegreathah, and do not ask permission.
 
KNOWN ISSUES:
Taxi lights are brighter than satan's butthole © thegreathah. I will look into this, but seems like I can't do anything now to fix this. Someone made a dark texture for taxi as workaround, but I don't know if you can use it with custom taxi cars, so go check Bright Lights comments section.
 
PLEASE NOTE:
Lighting is actually different on different cars. I can do nothing to make my tweak to be fine with all cars. Modmakers make their vehicles with different amount of light somehow, so some cars may be dim while others may be bright as hell. So please do not complain about it.

LowRid3Rs Police Callouts (LPC) is a callout pack that provides various hand-placed callouts.
This pack aims to add more realism to your LSPDFR experience. These callouts spawn around the San Andreas area.
 
Requirements:
- Rage Plugin Hook (RPH) version 1.86 or later
- RageNativeUI Version 1.7.0 ( included in archive )
- LSPDFR 0.4.9
- A legal copy of GTAV
 
Support Features:
- Custom/Addon Model Support ( possibility to customize the scenery with the cars / peds you want )
 
Installation:
To install, simply copy the files from the archive into your GTAV directory.
If you want to modify the Unit, Beat, Division, Jurisdiction, Action Key, Menu Key or the Backup-units Unit, Beat, Division and the callout spawn radius then
Travel to: GTAV > plugins > LSPDFR and edit LPCallouts.ini with a text editor, like Notepad++
 
If an older version of LPCallouts is installed, then please delete the LPCallouts.ini file.
You will be able to set the jurisdiction directly ingame. ( F11 default Key )

Assistance required: (Hit and Run)
Arrive on scene and assist the first responders in finding a hit and run suspect. Talk to other officers, the victim, and witnesses in order to get the information needed to make a proper arrest. Disturbance: (Noise Complaint)
A citizen has filed a noise complaint. Respond to the scene and make contact with the caller. Investigate the noise and deal with it as you see it.

Siren Mastery is a script modification that allows you to master your siren tones. Toggle to your secondary siren at the press of a key/button, silence your siren using any key/button you like and even control exactly which 'secondary' siren plays! You can be up and running with Siren Mastery within 5 minutes (installation tutorial click HERE).

Change the Siren Toggle key/button and assign it an optional modifier key/button. Change the 'lights only' toggle key/button and assign it an optional modifier key/button. This works even if your siren is off so you can control whether your siren should play before turning your lights on. New 'Toggle Secondary Siren' key/button with an optional modifier key/button. This allows you to switch to secondary sirens without having to hold down a key/button. New 'Toggle Bullhorn' key/button with an optional modifier key/button. This allows you to keep sounding your bullhorn without having to hold down a key/button. Works simultaneously with sirens. New 'Next Siren' key/button that cycles to the next siren. Can optionally include the Off state as a cycle stage. Your siren now stays on when you leave your vehicle and you don't mute it. This can be disabled from the GeneralConfig file. Determine the siren tone that should be playing. You are able to select which siren tone to play, including the ability to differentiate between secondary sirens. Additional Siren Modes Dual Siren Mode. Manual Siren Mode. Additional customisable sirens per vehicle model. Allows you to have up to TEN total sirens per vehicle model. Fully Functional and Customisable UI. Feel free to create and release your own custom UI files. The size and position of the UI can be customised via the UIConfig file. Customisable Siren Switching Tones (like Siren Switch Honker). Sirens are fully customisable per vehicle model via an XML file. All keybindings are customisable and fully customisable controller support is included. The vehicles.awc size and length limits are effectively removed while using Siren Mastery, allowing for greater siren variety. British Users: You can now have British Siren Switch/Toggle sounds (in other words, horns!). Today I'm presenting a Carson SA-430 siren for Siren Mastery. This release includes 5 tones which include Wail, Yelp, Phaser, Manual and Horn. The manual tone will loop after it ends just like any other tone so it's designed for the player to use briefly and stop it, or let it finish then stop it after the tone has finished otherwise it will begin to loop again.

Are you tired of hearing "IN, UHHHHHH"? Tired of "DIS BOBCAT 4 EN ROUUUTEE!!!"? So was I. So I fixed that. Better Dispatch Audio (B.D.A.) includes completely new AI Responding Audio (from NFS Most Wanted). Calling for backup (and Helicopter Support) will trigger this. Ending a callout from Albo's "Assorted Callouts" or "Traffic Policer" and finishing up with "BetterEMS" will also trigger new audio, changing "We are Code 4, no further units required" to "All Units you can clear this call, return to patrol". Pursuits are much more immersive. This has been a several weeks long process, with restless nights, and my 1'st mod. I'm happy to release it here for the community. Please let me know what you think of it, and enjoy.
