This is a Federal Signal AS 320 Siren used by the Hungarian Police, as far as I know. 
I haven't found a single mod for it, so I've decided to make one myself. 

I have ripped the sounds from the following video:

Installation: 
Copy all the files to \Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V\plugins\SirenMastery\ 


Requires SirenMastery to work! 
Feel free to adjust the volumes in the .xml file provided if the levels are too low for you.

Do excuse me for the framedrop, my computer couldn't keep up with the recording.

 

There is still a little clicky noise waiting for fix with the horn, but otherwise it is absolutely fine for me.

  • [ELS] Unmarked 2016 Ford Explorer

    Bit different. It's not a sedan for once. It holds basically the same lighting package as the 2013 Charger. Both are Federal Signal vehicles. They are fictional, they aren't based on any irl department. I will be doing a 14 and 19 Tahoe to go with them. When they are released they may be put in a package together. I know I've been doing lots of Unmarked vehicles, I just find them fun to work with because you can do what you want. After the Tahoe's I will be working on a pack.    Make sure
