Hey Daniel C! You can get the correct explorer from the LSPD Mega Pack that JJDawkins made (linked up above), and the explorer that you put the skin on is the "2016 Explorer" (as labeled in the pack). Hope this clears up your problem, but if you have any more questions don't hesitate to ask! :) -

Howdy Everyone! I'm new to creating skins for GTA, but I wanted to give it a shot! This is a simple little pack that I made of the Wisconsin State Patrol, I hope you enjoy! When in multiplayer when hitting "G" for the siren to come on it doesnt. The lights are in stage three. Hope you guys can help, and everything else works great.

if you still did not get the problem fix, i had to reinstall gta and when i put everything in and played the game it worked. I would try that.

try running the game in as a administrator.

If it does not bother you to play online by yourself you can do that. It seems to work for me. Hope that Helps.

sc1142: no I never save any cars at my house just in case i do switch them out. Beckugan1: yes i totally understand, i am building a gaming rig (desktop) for my gaming and using my aleinware for collage, i may upgrade the ram when i have some money. Thank-you for your help.

i have 4g of ram, but i have been playing for a year and all of a sudden it just started happening, and only when i choose the fbi car

Hello to all readers, When I go to start up my gta 4 and go to secect the fbi car I get an error message (picture attached to this) and it quits my whole game. I tried restarting it/ the computer, reinstalled the game, and put a new car into that file. Could someone please help me so solve this problem, that would be great. Thanks, nighprowler

When adding cars to gta 4 you just replace the that you want to. What I do is I created a file on my desktop that says spark IV. The second thing I do is go to we're I download the car and get the files and extract them to the spark IV folder on your desktop. The third step is I go into the gta 4 folder and open the spark IV images,then go all the way down and then click on cdimiges and then vehicles. Fourth step is to hit import and then find the spark IV folder and find the car/cars that you are downloading. Hit open and then click rebuild and save at the top. To add textures is very easy to. Just find the file and find the texture and dump it into the spark IV folder on your desktop. Go to gta4 folder and then go to spark IV program and go to cdimiges,vehicles and then find the car that you want to change. Find the first one of the car name just click it so it highlights it then hit edit at the top of the screen. Normally it will say something with paint or something just look. Click on the name so it is highlightd and then hit import(there are normally four scheams that have to be switch and then just hit save and close. Then hit rebuild and save at the top. Hope this helped just message me if you have any troubles or any questions.

Is there settings in the norton that you can switch to that it will allow to use spark IV or when the flagged thing comes up again see if it will allow you to click (use the program) and not mark it as flagged. I use macafee and it works great, but try t

hello to everyone reading this, I recently installed this mod and after about five minutes of playing it the game crashes. I did open the files with notepad could that have something to do with it?? I put in all the lines right that needed to be replaced. This mod does not seem that hard to install but for some reason im having some trouble with it. Could anyone help me!!! That would be wounderfulllllllllll!!!! Thanks in advance? P.S i did look hard to see if anyone had the same problems but i thing im the only one =(
