Your Graphics card will be able to handle the game no problem, not on max settings but high enough to enjoy the game at a decent Graphics setting, You CPU Should allow you to play also but consider upgrading it if you intend on adding alot of extras / mods to the game as it will probably run slower

This is a tricky one
 
It depends on the Order you install them in a lot of the time, i would advise using using this mods and in this order
 
Natural Visions - Install 1st
Radiance V - Install 2nd
 
I would also highly suggest using an ELS Vehicle to get the best Lighting / Graphics experience possible!

You can open the OIV with WinRar. The assembly.xml will tell you which files are replaced or installed 😉

Don’t give the Suspect the chance to run ? 😂 
 
jks You can do it on the Trainer mod menu

His files are actually correct, Its named FBI not FIB in the Files
Your Files are Correct rename them back to FBI & FBI2
 
check that you have the Correct ELS Settings / In game settings ect

How do I artificially increase my characters stamina so I am not running out of breath and collapsing while I'm chasing a suspect? Is there a way to do this without going into the base game and increasing it normally?

You change the Peds.rpf stuff, Look on Youtube, May take a few Tries, Also theres not much UK Sirens, Mainly London sirens 😕 Search UK Police Hazard Siren

You need to see if you can play the game on the base LSPFR and latest RPH and go from there. That's how this problem is resolved. We know this because we've done it many times. Me and Spike both play this game without problems so I suggest you take our advice or just don't play, up to you.

If you or anyone makes more functioning pursuit and chase callouts I will happily get on my knees for you 😅

It'd be awesome to see those tactics (boxing specially). But I already find pursuits dangerous enough. In fact, they are always dangerous -these bad boys won't stop until they almost can't move. So it'd be better that they sometimes surrender by their own.

Hello, Just a little tip to try and help a few people out before they make any mistakes, If you are new to PC Gaming ( Welcome ) We all understand that you may be very excited and want to rush into it all! DON’T! This is where you are most likely to make mistakes, First before you even consider Modding, Make sure your PC has good enough Specs to handle everything you about putting on it! Secondly Ensure you have a ( CLEAN BACK UP FOLDER ) This way if you make any mistake at all you have a fallback point without needing to Unistall GTA ( Those Painful 4-8 Hours ) I suggest Starting with the Simple Stuff first and only Download from Trusted Sites the Main bigs one’s being ( LCPDFR & GTAmods ) 
 
To Start with you want to Install the Following files in the Order Below
 
LSPDFR
Script Hook V ( Or Newer )
Rage Hook ( Latest Version )
Trainer
 
( Tutorials Available All over YouTube )
 
Ensure you have these Main Files Working first before attempting to Raid Grove street and realising you have no Back up! Oops
 
Once you have these i suggest getting Familiar with them First before adding more Plugins / Scripts. Eventually feel free to add more but check they are working 1 by 1, Then if something goes wrong you know it was the Last Plugin / Script you Installed, 
 
Simples Begginer Plugins / Scripts Ect
 
ELS
Radiance V
ELS Vehicles
Small Scripted Call outs
 
Once done if you are having Issues Loading LSPDFR Go onto the Rage Hook Settings and Change to LoadPlugin Timeout to ( 60000 )
 
Or Launch GTA5 Alone, Once it has Fully Loaded, ( ALT + Tab ) Then go and Launch Rage Hook.
 
Not Loading in Fully Screen ?
Press ( ALT + Enter )
 
Low FPS ? ( GTA5 Settings - ( Vsync OFF )
Or you may need a Better Graphics Card
 
Remember we was all Excited Once but take your time! You’ll not Regret it!

Ahh, try downloading 1 that has the Dlc files, Try that way and see if it works, We’ll get there Eventually.

Try Deleting ELS Files / Uninstalling it then Re-do it again from this Site.
 
Then Following this Videos Instructions. They demonstare all the Aspects of Installing Vehicles / ELS Files

Yes, May i just ask, Are you New to Modding in GTA5 ? Might be able to Narrow it down to Human Error / System Error

Did you Insert the XML Files for ELS ?
 
 

Great that you’ve got it Sorted, However you should still be able to Activate your Lights without being on Duty!!! 
 
Not sure whats Happened their, If you want Lights with being OD, I suggest Reinstalling the Cars & ELS again, Maybe a Small Bug in the Installing

What are you’re PC Specs

You’ll have to look into the Files and find the KeyBinds ( Buttons ) For them, A good amount out their don’t Conflict but some will, Its a tough Decision at times but its either you change a lot of Buttons or just use Certain Mods and change them about every so often

Great, So Slowly install Plugins 1 by 1
 
If it works Keep it, If it doesn’t Remove it and Move along, I’ve Made a Post not long along with a Few Helpful tips feel free to check it out

Urgh!! Complicated!!!
 
Delete All Plugins / Everything and Remove LSPDFR
 
Go onto a Clean Copy and Install in this Order
 
LSPDFR
Scipt Hook V
Rage Hook ( Latest Version )
Trainer.
 
See if that works without adding Unneeded  Plugins to begin with
